• Gratitude & Growth Mindset
    Dec 20 2021

Having a growth mindset when you’re trying to build a business

    • Focused on where you’re going instead of where you’re stuck
    • Focusing on the positives and small wins vs the things that aren’t going your way
    • The world is not working against you, accomplishing something you’re proud of is hard work
    • Stop saying “yes BUT”

What about when challenges come up in business and in life:

    • Focus on the solution vs focusing on the problem
    • A skill can be learned that can help you through it
    • A belief can be changed to help you overcome it
    • Often times we get in our own way and the way we think about a situation determines the outcome

Don’t be afraid to try new things:

    • If you’re continually coming up against a roadblock, try something new.
    • Be open to new ways of doing things
    • Old habits won’t open new doors

    Never stop learning

    • Anytime you have the opportunity to attend a call, listen to a podcast, go to an event where you feel like you already know the content being presented - stop and go into the situation with a fresh perspective. Be a student, take notes, be open to a new way of doing things.

Mindset when going after a goal:

    • John Maxwell: I changed from a goal mindset to a growth mindset
    • Being focused on growing and evolving into the person you want to be vs only having your eyes locked on the end result

  • Top 5 Things That Made Us Fall in Love With Direct Sales
    Dec 9 2021

We both didn’t think that getting into direct sales would be in our future. In fact, we got started because we needed the community and tools that would help us in our season of life.

Direct sales have been the most game-changing thing to have happened to us. Theresa was a constant job searcher and Julianne was overworked (on the edge of burnout). The idea of earning extra income while sharing our story seemed possible to us.

A flexible schedule, extra income, personal growth increased our excitement as we both continued to build our businesses.

We wanted to share with you our top five reasons for loving direct sales. Maybe you need this as a reminder of why you got started. Or, maybe you’ve been contemplating getting your business started.

Here are our top 5 reasons for loving Direct Sales:

    1. Ability to earn an extra income from your cell phone in pockets of time.
    2. Social selling - helping people with products you know and love already
    3. Community - positive friendships, recognition, the ability to earn trips, team gatherings
    4. Something to call your own. Something positive to pour your attention into.
    5. Little to no overhead cost to start.

Thanks for tuning in! We appreciate it!

If you could share and review this episode, we’d be so grateful.

  • Are You Feeling Stretched Thin While Building a Business?
    Dec 2 2021

Are you feeling stretched thin? It’s so easy to be laser focused on growing your business but at the end of each day feeling like you’re dropping the ball in many areas of life.

One thing we both agree on is being aware of our why. You talk about that alot in network marketing or while building any business but it’s truly the most important thing because it’s what’s going to create happiness. When you’re happy in other areas of life in addition to your business, everything flows better.

A few things that have helped us are having systems in place, being in the know and not winging it. Creating event pages within our team pages to remind us and our team of things that are happening. This is especially important with rapid company growth, alot of things come at you at once so having them all in one spot is nice.

Do you know what you’re selling right now?
Do you know what you’re inviting to?
Do you know what’s coming down the pipeline?

Create hype around whatever you want. What you get excited about, your team will too.

Success has no pace. Slow and steady wins the race. Don’t forget to look left and right on your way to your goals or on your way up the mountain because at the end of the day, that’s why you’re doing this.

To help you define your roles and create a harmonious game plan for each day while you work your way towards your goals we have created a JOURNAL!

Our Role Call Journal is launching within the next couple days! We submitted our final edits last night ( November 30th, 2021 ) and it will be LIVE within 72 hours if all goes as planned!

  • Welcome to the SHE COLLECTIVE Podcast!
    Nov 22 2021

Episode 1 IS HERE.  Welcome to the SHE COLLECTIVE Podcast!

Ahh. What a whirlwind the past few months have been.

If we haven’t met, we are Julianne and Theresa!  Two moms who became friends through business.

We’ve spent many years running at the same pace to hit goals, grow an income and spend time with our families.
We attended a RISE Conference with Rachel Hollis almost four years ago together in LA.  A dream sparked. She Collective Company.
A company that would help women in business.

The only thing we did was come up with a name.  Until, one day, a reel popped up on IG. This reel was a digital content creator who helped people with a journal they made on Canva. At that moment, we decided to JUST START.

So, we created an Etsy Shop. It took off. We’ve learned SO MUCH along the way. From there, we got an LLC, FB group, launching a membership site, and a published journal. Meet us. Hear our story.  We are excited to show you what we’ve done in the past 7 years and the last few months. We are business owners who have big dreams and a desire to help women save time and have more choices!

Real quick, if you aren’t in our FB community, here’s the link to join!  LINK

  • It’s How You Show Up
    Apr 18 2019
Linking arms with many women, I see this far too often: those who arrive at goals and stop or those who feel like they can't ever do it and quit. It's not about that. It's about how you show up the next day after missing or hitting a goal. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/shecollectivepodcast/support
