We have the pleasure of meeting Keri Anne Wilcox and hearing about her mission, Valor Ranch Texas. Keri is a gold star wife, and shares the joy of running this mission with her partner, Josh. They have such a great vibe, and the energy shows in the way they share the story of helping others. While the mission is geared toward women who have served, they are open to all. Women seem to be left behind a little differently, and the Ranch is there to help support and get them back on their feet. Big things coming up include increasing they healing garden and then adding more tiny cottages!!! This will open up more opportunities, but will also allow them to care for more elderly veterans, as they tend to be forgotten sometimes. Our music for this show comes from a new name to us: Michael Allen. Not much puts a moment of silence in our show, but Michael has done just that. His last song on the show has our panel caught in their thoughts and looking at the message of the pain that is endured when you lose a battle buddy, or anyone close, to suicide. He’s new to the music scene, but you’d never guess it listening to his music. He’s in the Army currently with 5th Special Forces group. MSG Allen is knocking on the door of retirement after serving for 17 years. He and his wife are expecting their first child very soon. He’s been doing music since high school, but really only picked up the guitar again after he quit drinking and needed to stay present about 2 years ago. The first song is War Machine. This song details the journey from civilian to soldier, serving in combat and returning home to deal with depression and PTSD. The second song is called Slow Down. This one is a reflection on a low point in life. Michael realized that if he just would take a step back and slow down then he would be alright. This song captures some of the setbacks that a lot of veterans go through when they get out of combat or service. The last song of the night is called The Fatal Affair. This one is a kind of sad song. He quit drinking and all of the things that were buried under the alcohol started to resurface. He googled “is thinking about taking your own life normal” and his wife found the Google search and it led to conversations that needed to be had. He also recently lost a friend to suicide, Chad Buckley. This song was written recently and it is haunting in the most beautiful way. It is raw and it is emotional and definitely has a Shock & Awe factor. This is just a song that has to be heard. #inspiration #wep3 #letsgrow Things we are working on: Wreaths Across America – https://www.facebook.com/share/129xDbNmPTJ/?mibextid=WC7FNe WeP3 RADIO — WE are the leading music station featuring music created, written, produced and sung by those who have served their country and communities!!! https://live365.com/station/WeP3-RADIO-a51414 If you would like to watch the live version, you can find it here on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/live/VTUuOZam9cs?si=2cViyHofYbF6xQ2h Next Week's Guests: 20 April 2025 Aaron Hale Scott Taylor

WE got to meet and share stories with our guest, Glenn Baker! Glenn is both our musician and guest are all in one and he has plenty to share with the world about his military career, his passion for music and his desire to help others who have served overcome their struggles. Glenn believes your should live by the #freedoms you believe are your own. The music on this episode was introduced by Glenn Baker who went to basic at Fort Sill, OK and was deployed in Desert Storm. The music video for the song Finish This Fight starts with some cadence calling and it is from his Drill Sergeant from way back in basic training in 1989. This was his first song of the night. His intention with the music video was to show people what it actually means to sign the dotted line and give your life to a life of service. “Freedom is much deeper than a word. #Freedom is abundant life.” - Glenn shares this mantra and uses the thought in the first song he released after getting back into music, and it is simply called Freedom. It was also his first music video and his first country music song. It’s as he says about God and Country. In July 2020, Glenn woke up in the middle of the night and wrote a song in about 15 minutes. This is the last song on this episode and it’s called No New Normal. He is also turning his song Finish This Fight into an organization called Finish This Fight Foundation, or Triple Foxtrot. On this episode we get to meet and share stories with our guest, Althea Williams. Althea comes from the military background, and her mission is called She Vets It. Althea is a combat veteran, and she joined as a full-fledged adult with full commitment. This is so inspiring, and she is so genuine, that you will be drawn in with her desire to be there for her sisters and support those struggling after their service. Listen to the world of female veterans and see what you can do to help. Our first song on this episode is One Love Fits All by Dawn Rix. This song speaks loudly about how we should all learn to love one another. We all want to succeed in life, and loving each other would sure make the journey a lot easier. The song, Blessed, by Joe Bateman is, in his own words, a love song that he had no clue about when he wrote it, but from where he is now in life, he surely understands it a lot better. He would say that he is most certainly blessed. Lastly, we have a song about being a strong woman, titled Strong, by Amanda Pruitt. This relates right back to our guest, Althea, as she is most certainly a strong woman, as are all the women who take on the challenge of motherhood and even more so from a military standpoint. #inspiration #shevetsit #wep3 #letsgrow Things we are working on: Wreaths Across America – https://www.facebook.com/share/129xDbNmPTJ/?mibextid=WC7FNe WeP3 RADIO — WE are the leading music station featuring music created, written, produced and sung by those who have served their country and communities!!! https://live365.com/station/WeP3-RADIO-a51414 If you would like to watch the live version, you can find it here on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/live/VTUuOZam9cs?si=2cViyHofYbF6xQ2h Next Week's Guests: 06 April 2025 Keri Anne Wilcox - Valor Ranch Texas Michael Allen - Musician

March 09, 2025 WE got to meet Joe Meisch with his Temple Massager and he is so excited to share! Joe has spent some time with his ideas and has perfected the Massager to be the best that it can be. There were other opportunities for Joe to do some big things, but when he decided to grow the Temple Massager, he let those other things go. Music in this episode is kicked off with Lake & Lyndale singing Still Here. This is one of those songs that gets stuck in your head and you’re singing it 2 or 3 days later at work. Check out Lake & Lyndale wherever you find your favorite music. Next up is David Stone singing Bury These Burdens. 1SG (Ret) David Stone is newly out of the military, and if we know anything about him, is that his time of service has not ended with his time in the military. Follow David Allen Stone wherever you find your music. Lastly, is a song from our friend Scotty Hasting. We played Red, White, and Blue. It’s a tribute to the sacrifices that some heroes make for our great country, specifically those who return home under the Red, White and Blue. Check out Scotty on all social and wherever you find your music. He is growing rapidly in the music world. We close out the show with Mikele Buck and his amazing and hauntingly beautiful song, Irish Road. In this episode, we meet Mr. Joe Gionti and hear about his mission, K9 Heroes 4 Heroes! Joe comes from a long line of service members, and his heart is bigger than that lineup. He comes to share the mission of providing the support dog and K9 aspect of helping our service members from the country and communities, as well as the importance of this mission. K9 Heroes 4 Heroes not only provides Service Dogs to Veterans and First Responders, but they also provide the necessary training equipment and gear, initial veterinary care, handler training, and follow-up maintenance training. Joe does this work based on his extreme patriotism and the inspiration and passion that God has given him. Music tonight is with Andrew Wooten! He has been here before and we just love having his bubbling personality and musical talent around whenever we can. He had some news to share since his last time on the show. He got married to a beautiful young woman, Hayley Wooten, and they are expecting a baby in September. We are so excited for him and his growing family. His first song was Parris Island. He started writing it a couple of years ago and ended up at a show watching one of his favorite artists and found out that the guy was a Marine Corps veteran, as well. The song is about becoming a Marine, going into combat and dealing with that side of things and then coming back home and having to deal with the demons and ghosts that come back from that time in combat. His second song was Goodbye Carolina. This song was sort of a goodbye letter to the relationship he had with his ex-wife. Deep down, dealing with all the demons, he knows he’s a good man. We do too. His last song was Like Scars. He and his father have an estranged relationship. This song was about growing up in that house and was a way to get all the emotions and frustrations about that situation out. On this episode, we get to meet Charlie Brown and hear about her experience with the American Red Cross. She is an Army Vet, Lt Col, and she shared so much, we can’t thank her enough for all of her work and caring. There are so many aspects to what the Red Cross does, and the funny part is that they are so well known for their secondary mission - disaster help. Miss Kimmer picked our first song of the evening, and she chose to listen to Jenn Ford - Gold Dust Woman. Jenn Ford has been a staple in our music catalog and our hearts for a long time and she is in both to stay. Check out her album Americana when you get a chance. The second song on the show last is chosen by Jonathan and he was in the mood for some Dave Bray USA. We got the opportunity to play his live version of The Star Spangled Banner. The last song of the night was picked by Mark and he chose Let It Burn by Steve D. Wilson. What a song, filled with emotion and passion for what he does. We went off script and played a fourth song for everyone, and this one is chosen by Andrea. This one came with some emotions as James Cazad is no longer with us. His song A Day In The Life Of A Soldier closes out the show. WeP3 Pledge WE KNOW WHY WE GET TO DO THIS... THANK YOU TO THE SERVICE MEMBERS AND FIRST RESPONDERS THAT HAVE COMMITTED THEIR TIME, SWEAT, BLOOD, LIMBS, FAMILY and LIFE... TO GIVE US THE FREEDOMS WE HAVE THAT ALLOW US TO DO WHAT WE DO DAILY. On this show, WE get to meet Rob Sarver and Alex Gendzier. They are the authors of Warrior to Civilian: The Field Manual for the Hero’s Journey. The goal is to help the Veteran close the gap and find the place they need to be. In this search are included families spouses children. They need to be taken into account when transitioning. You will go through a process of overthinking who you are and creating a new you in addition to defining what is your purpose. Alex and Rob go through the practical tools for each step of transitioning being clear about their sense of identity and purpose, including their spouses and family, and looking at their lives as part of a hero's journey. We also had Brooks Herring bringing us music from Nashville. 1st song was called Coming Home. Brooks met a guy named Chris Dickel at an all-veteran writing camp and they were writing something completely different. Something overcame Brooks with their experiences and what the families of soldiers must think when they have to leave in an instant and they have to deal with all that it brings with it. This song is dedicated to all the operators in the military community. 2nd song was I Stand. Written on July 2nd last year with Kaitlyn Croker and the patriotic blood was flowing strong. Kaitlyn’s father was a fighter pilot. They kicked butt with this song. He works with CreatiVet and Operation Song as well. Brooks had to leave us for a gig before we got to his last song. It was titled ‘Not Country’ and it’s about not being “country”, but being completely and solely for Country.
