    In this episode, Abhay Wadhwa talks with Richard Rosen about “Design Initiatives for Senior Living”. Richard is a principal in the Senior Living Studio with Perkins Eastman (https://www.perkinseastman.com/). Richard is responsible for the design and planning of all levels of senior housing, from Independent Living Communities through Long Term Care Environments. He has written a variety of articles and has presented at numerous conferences on a range of issues affecting the lives and care of Seniors. Though he specializes in senior living buildings, Richard has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of institutional building types, including courthouses, hospitals, laboratory buildings, and multi-family housing.
