Advice in the form of truths.

Truths are tricky with me. I've done a lot of personal work -- therapy, meditation, Journaling, soul-searching. I am always amazed to find documentation of realized truths - usually in a journal somewhere - that I've utterly forgotten. These things smack me upside the head and make me wonder if I have some heretofore undiscovered form of amnesia. How refreshing to discover that this happens to others (Thanks, G!) AND that it's okay because there is absolutely nothing wrong with us. Thanks Mrs. Yellen (sp?)
