Devan started a career in healthcare as a Paramedic working for 10 years as street medic including five years for Grady EMS. Devan was there for patients in their toughest hour and many lived to see another day because he responded when they needed him most.

As a business executive with MetroAtlanta Ambulance, he has helped grow a startup company from 10 employees to more than 1,400 professionals.

His background in healthcare and public safety gives him a unique perspective on how to keep our communities safe. Seabaugh supports maintaining full funding of Georgia’s public schools and protecting the HOPE Scholarship and has fought for incentives and other polices that support Cobb County's economic engines such as Cobb International Airport, Lockheed Martin, WellStar Kennestone Regional Hospital and the many small businesses in the district.

Seabaugh is a recognized leader with clear vision and a cooperative spirit. He’s a familiar face in the 34th District, and a proud family man with five children whom all attended Kennesaw Mountain High School.

He and his wife Beth have been married 32 years and are members of First United Methodist Church in Marietta.
