Devan started a career in healthcare as a Paramedic working for 10 years as street medic including five years for Grady EMS. Devan was there for patients in their toughest hour and many lived to see another day because he responded when they needed him most.

His background in healthcare and public safety gives him a unique perspective on how to keep our communities safe. Seabaugh is a recognized leader with clear vision and a cooperative spirit. He’s a familiar face in the 34th District, and a proud family man with five children whom all attended Kennesaw Mountain High School.

He and his wife Beth have been married 32 years and are members of First United Methodist Church in Marietta.
