About this listen

What's up sister friend? I don't know about you, but I am tired of the "fake it until you make it" mantra that we are fed when we are thrown into adulting as young women...especially as young Christian women. Are you searching for healing in your life after constantly feeding all your insecurities, fears & doubts for far too long? Have you gone through something dark or hard recently or in your past that keeps the guilt, shame & negative self talk loud and in control? Can you feel your soul crying, but your every day life just goes on? Don't worry, I too have been there. But I want you know that you can feel whole again! I believe it all starts with refueling yourself from the inside out. Welcome to FUELher! Where I take you on a journey of refueling your mind through personal development and mindset work. Refueling your body through wellness, physical activity, and food. Refueling your spirit with scripture, prayer, and meditation. And finally refueling your external environments, your connections, your relationships, creating boundaries in your life and so much more. Each episode will be like taking a road trip with your bestie & talking about the parts of life you can't talk about with anyone else. There will be insanely inspiring guests sharing their stories on some trips, but each one will be packed with heat & tangible things YOU CAN DO to put the FUEL back into your heart and dreams. You don't have to stay in the dark anymore girlfriend. It's time for you to emerge and shine your light. It's time for you to become FUELED.Copyright 2020 All rights reserved. • EP 39 // Routines That Don't Suck: How to Build Structure Without Losing Yourself
    May 21 2025

If you’ve ever said, “I just can’t stick to a routine” — same, girl. Same. I’m a Type B, ADHD, busy-as-heck mom of three and travel volleyball coach, and routines have always felt more like punishment than freedom…until I stopped trying to force myself into someone else’s structure and started building power moves that actually work for me.

In this episode, we’re burning the rule book and ditching the all-or-nothing mindset. I’m walking you through the simple, sustainable routines I’ve added lately (without losing my sanity), the real truth about routines and burnout, and how you can create a rhythm that fits your season — not someone else’s Instagram reel.

This is for the woman who’s busy, burned out, and still dreaming big. The one who knows she’s capable of more — but needs a routine that doesn’t suck the life out of her to make it happen.

Let’s get fueled up and figure this out together.

  • EP 38 // Rooted in Purpose, Not Driven By Pressure: QUICK PEP TALK FOR THE BUSY AND BURNED OUT
    May 14 2025

In this quick pep talk episode from the FUELher Podcast, Ashley (@ashleyanneallen_) gets real about the difference between being busy, having a full schedule and fruitfulness. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, overbooked, and still like you’re falling short of your purpose, this one’s for you.

We’re breaking down the danger of being “busy” without being truly rooted, why some things in your life are like glass balls that can’t be dropped, and how to live a life that bears fruit in every season. I’ll share some hard-learned lessons from my own life as a coach, wife, and mom, and unpack the biblical truths that remind us God didn’t create us to live in constant chaos.

If you’re ready to stop hustling for your worth and start living with purpose, this episode will fire you up and ground you in the truth that you were made for more.

So Real

I just discovered this podcast and connected with Ashley in a deep way despite a decade age difference. The stories she brings to each discussion is raw and relatable, regardless of age difference. Her transparency of what it's like to be human and still have hope is refreshing. I've binged most of S1 on my commute to work. I noticed a wide gap in between S1 & S2. And I jumped ahead to the only S2 episode released in April 2024. My heart is with you Ashley. We all go through valley seasons. The victory comes in getting back up and continue sharing our stories. In sharing what you are going through, it lifts the weight of your circumstances off of your shoulder and lays it at the feet of Jesus. You're not alone. So many women habe been encouraged by your stories and I hope there will be more to come. Thank you for sharing a piece of your soul with the world!

Ageless wisdom
