• Key 7: From Glory to Glory! (E-Course)
    Jun 29 2024

Welcome to our final module, Module 7: From Glory to Glory. This module encapsulates the journey of transformation and dependence on God, drawing inspiration from the key scripture:

"And all of us with unveiled face, because we continued to behold and the Word of God as in a mirror, the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into his very own image in an ever-increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit."

    — 2 Corinthians 3:18 (Amplified Classic Bible)

    Key Takeaways:

Invitation to Glory: You have already been invited into God's glory through Jesus Christ.

God's Leading: It is God who leads us from one degree of glory to the next, not our own efforts.

Embrace Weakness: Embrace your weaknesses and limitations, depending fully on God to transform you.

Humility and Faith: Dependency on God fosters humility and faith, which attract His presence and power.

    Practical Application:

Embrace Dependency and Humility: Our journey from glory to glory requires us to depend daily on God. This dependency breeds humility and faith, attracting God's grace and favor in our lives.

Pursue His Presence: Actively pursue God's presence as the Israelites pursued the cloud and fire.

Make seeking His glory a daily practice through prayer and meditation on His Word.

Transformation in Trials: Understand that glory is often revealed through trials and tribulations. These challenging times are opportunities for God's character to be formed in us.

    Reflection Questions:

Do you trust the Lord to take you from one degree of glory to the next? If not, why?

Do you believe that the Lord personally desires to take you to the next level of His glory?

    Declaration and Prayer

    Declare this over your life:

"I have been invited into the glorious presence of God through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. I am a chosen and beloved child of God, called to dwell in His presence and walk in His light. I declare that His glory surrounds me, His grace upholds me, and His love covers me, guiding me each step of the way. I confess that as I abide in Him, I am transformed by His glory, renewed in my mind, and empowered to live a life that honors and glorifies His holy name. I embrace my identity as a citizen of heaven, an heir of God's promises, and a vessel of His glory. Today, I walk in the reality of my invitation into God's glory, shining brightly as a beacon of His love and grace to a world in need."

    Say this prayer:

"Heavenly Father, thank you for inviting me into your glory through Jesus Christ. I am humbled and grateful for the privilege of being in relationship with you and experiencing your presence in my life. Help me to walk in the reality of this invitation each day, living in the fullness of your love, grace, and power. Empower me to live a life that brings glory to your name as I fulfill the purpose for which you have created me. In Jesus' name, Amen."

  • Key 6: Beholding His Glory (E-Course)
    Jun 29 2024

Welcome back to "From Glory to Glory: Seven Keys to the Uncommon Spiritual Life." We are nearing the end with Module 6, focusing on the key: Beholding His Glory. Let's dive into our key scripture from 2 Corinthians 3:18:

"But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord."

    Key Takeaways:

Gaze Intently: Persistently focus on God's Word and presence, allowing these reflections to transform you.

Meditation and Prayer: Use biblical meditation and prayer as tools to see and reflect God's glory. These practices open our eyes to His beauty and majesty.

Be Transformed: Understand that transformation is a process. Each glimpse of God's glory changes us from glory to glory.

    Reflection Questions:

When you pray, how do you perceive God? Through the Word or through your own reasonings?

Is anything preventing you from seeing the Lord of Glory in your life? Maybe sin or false beliefs?

Do you believe God has called you to reflect His glory on earth?

    Declaration and Prayer

    Declare this over your life:

"I am called to behold the glory of God, to gaze upon His beauty and majesty with unveiled eyes and an open heart. In His presence, I am transformed, renewed, and empowered to reflect His glory to the world around me. I confess that as I behold the glory of God, I am changed from glory to glory, growing in likeness to my Savior and becoming a living testimony of His grace and power. I confess that the glory of God shines upon me, illuminating my path, dispelling the darkness, and drawing others into His marvelous light. Today, I choose to behold the glory of God, fixing my eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of my faith, and allowing His radiance to shine through me."

    Say this prayer:

"Lord, I desire to behold Your glory and to reflect it in my life. Open the eyes of my heart to see the beauty of who You are and the majesty of Your presence. As I gaze upon Your glory, transform me from glory to glory by the power of Your Spirit. May my life radiate Your glory to those around me, drawing them into a deeper relationship with You. In Jesus' name, Amen."

  • Key 5: Eat & Drink (E-Course)
    Jun 29 2024

Welcome back to "From Glory to Glory: Seven Keys to the Uncommon Spiritual Life." We are now diving into Module 5, focusing on the fifth key: Eat and Drink. Let's begin with our key scripture from Exodus 24:9-12:

"Then Moses went up, also Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, and they saw the God of Israel. And there was under His feet as it were a paved work of sapphire stone, and it was like the very heavens in its clarity. But on the nobles of the children of Israel He did not lay His hand. So they saw God, and they ate and drank. Then the Lord said to Moses, 'Come up to Me on the mountain and be there; and I will give you tablets of stone, and the law and commandments which I have written, that you may teach them.'”

    Key Takeaways:

Spiritual Diet: Just as physical health relies on a balanced diet, our spiritual health depends on consuming God's Word and spending time in His presence through prayer.

Biblical Meditation: Meditation involves deeply reflecting on God's Word, internalizing it, and allowing it to transform our thoughts and actions.

Nourishment from God's Presence: God's presence is essential for spiritual strength and growth. It sustains us like bread and provides spiritual vitality.

Revelation through Eating and Drinking: As we spiritually eat and drink, God reveals Himself to us more clearly, inviting us to deeper fellowship and understanding of His ways.

    Reflection Questions:

When was the last time you meditated on the scriptures?

Have you experienced the nourishment of God's presence in prayer?

Is the Word of God alive to you, and do you see it as essential food for your spirit?

How can you incorporate more spiritual "eating and drinking" into your daily routine?

    Declaration and Prayer

    Declare this over your life:

"I am a partaker of God's abundant goodness and unfailing love. I open my eyes to behold the countless blessings surrounding me, the evidence of His grace and mercy overflowing in every area of my life. I confess that His goodness pursues me relentlessly, His love covers me sincerely, and His faithfulness sustains me unfailingly. I taste and see that the Lord is good in every trial and triumph. His promises are true, and His provision is more than enough. I declare that as I cultivate a heart of gratitude and praise, my perspective shifts from the temporal to the eternal, from the finite to the infinite, and I am filled with an abiding sense of joy and contentment. Today, I choose to taste and see the goodness of the Lord, enjoying each moment as a precious gift from His hand."

    Say this prayer:

"Lord, thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness towards me. Open my eyes to see and my heart to taste the abundance of Your blessings in my life. Help me to enjoy Your goodness in both joy and trial, knowing that You are always with me and working all things together for my good. May my life be a testimony to Your goodness, drawing others to taste and see that You are indeed good. In Jesus' name, Amen."

  • Key 4: Draw Near and He Will Draw Near to You (E-Course)
    Jun 29 2024
Welcome back to "From Glory to Glory: Seven Keys to the Uncommon Spiritual Life." We are now halfway through the e-course, and today, we explore the fourth key: Drawing Near to God. Let's begin with the key scripture from James 4:5-10: "Or do you think that the scripture says in vain, 'The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously'? But He gives more grace. Therefore He says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.' Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament, and mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up." Ephesians 2:13 also reminds us: "But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ." Key Insights: The Call to Draw Near: Drawing near to God is a fundamental aspect of the Christian life. It is a response to God's initial draw through Jesus Christ, who reconciled us to God and brought us near by His blood. Renewing Intimacy: As life progresses, distractions and concerns can lead to spiritual apathy. However, every new season requires a fresh drawing near to God, seeking His presence, and renewing our intimacy with Him. Humble Submission: Humility is key in drawing near to God. James emphasizes the need to submit to God, resist the devil, and cleanse our hearts and hands. This humility allows us to receive more grace and deeper fellowship with God. Practical Application: Daily Renewal: Just as the Israelites gathered fresh manna daily, we must seek God daily, drawing near to Him through prayer and His Word. Overcoming Pride and Double-Mindedness: Pride and double-mindedness can hinder our closeness with God. Regular repentance and humility are essential to maintaining a vibrant relationship with Him. Persistent Pursuit: In every season, make it a practice to draw near to God, knowing that He will draw near to you. This involves setting aside distractions and focusing on His presence. Reflection Questions: Are there moments where you feel resisted by the Lord? If so, identify and repent of any pride or double-mindedness. What specific areas in your life need repentance to draw nearer to God? Have you strayed from God's grace and need to adjust your course by depending more on Him and embracing humility? Are you in a season of drawing near, or is God calling you to a greater glory? What are you learning with Him at this time? Declaration and Prayer Declare this over your life: "I have a deep longing to draw near to the heart of God, to dwell in the shelter of His presence, and abide in the shadow of His wings. With sincerity of heart and full assurance of faith, I approach the throne of grace, knowing that as I draw near to God, He will draw near to me. I confess that intimacy with my Heavenly Father is my highest priority and greatest joy, for in His presence I find fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore. I declare that as I draw near to God, He reveals Himself to me in ever-deepening ways, unveiling the beauty of His character and the riches of His love. I am transformed in His presence, renewed in my mind, and strengthened in my spirit. Today, I draw near to God, seeking His face, listening to His voice, and resting in His love." Say this prayer: "Lord, I long to draw near to You with a sincere heart and full assurance of faith. Thank You for the promise that as I draw near to You, You will draw near to me. Help me to prioritize my relationship with You above all else and to cultivate intimacy with You through prayer, worship, and meditation on Your Word. May my heart continually turn towards You, seeking Your face and Your will in all things. In Jesus' name, Amen." Thank you for being a part of our e-course. • Key 3: Waiting Upon The Lord (E-Course)
    Jun 29 2024

Welcome back to "From Glory to Glory: Seven Keys to the Uncommon Spiritual Life." This is Module 3, where we explore the third key: Waiting Upon the Lord. Let's begin with key scriptures from Isaiah 40:31 and Psalms 27:14:

"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." (Isaiah 40:31)

"Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the Lord!" (Psalms 27:14)

    Key Insights:

The Power of Waiting: Waiting on the Lord resembles the eagle waiting on the rock. It’s a posture of stillness and attentiveness in which you yield to the gentle promptings of the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to guide your prayer and worship.

Spiritual Renewal: The promise of waiting upon the Lord is a renewal of strength, refreshment, and courage. As you wait, you intertwine yourself with God's Spirit, collecting your thoughts and heart to be bound with His presence.

Communion and Union: The ultimate aim of waiting is communion with God—an intimate exchange of thoughts and feelings. This leads to union, where you become one with God's Spirit, reflecting His character and nature in your life.

    Practical Application:

Be Present: Waiting on the Lord means being present with Him, setting aside distractions, and quieting your heart to focus solely on God. This involves being still and acknowledging His presence.

Non-Verbal Communication: Much like human relationships, a significant part of your communication with God can be non-verbal. Learn to be still and attentive, allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to you through impressions and gentle nudges.

Time Well Spent: Think of waiting on the Lord as allowing spiritual fermentation. As wine strengthens over time, so does your spirit when you spend time in God's presence. This time is never wasted but is essential for spiritual growth and strength.

    Reflection Questions:

Are you in need of refreshing and renewal?

How much time in prayer do you dedicate to waiting upon the Lord?

What distractions keep you from being still, and how can you eliminate them?

Are you aware that in waiting upon the Lord, you are inviting the Holy Spirit to minister to you and give you strength?

    Declaration and Prayer

    Declare this over your life:

"I wait upon the Lord and renew my strength. I am bound together with God's Spirit, receiving His guidance, strength, and refreshment. In stillness, I find communion with God, and through communion, I achieve union with His Spirit. I am like an eagle, soaring on the winds of God's Spirit, empowered and refreshed daily."

    Say this prayer:

"Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Your presence. Help me to be still and wait upon You, setting aside all distractions and concerns. As I wait, I invite Your Spirit to renew my strength and refresh my heart. Teach me to commune with You deeply and intimately, so that I may reflect Your character and nature. In Jesus' name, Amen."

  • Key 2: Your Spirit Is The Receiver of God's Spirit (E-Course)
    Jun 29 2024

Welcome back to "From Glory to Glory: Seven Keys to the Uncommon Spiritual Life." This is Module 2, where we explore the second key: Your Spirit is the Receiver of God's Spirit. Let's begin with a key scripture from 1 Corinthians 2:9-12:

"But as it is written: ‘Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.’ But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.”

    Key Insights:

Your Spirit as a Receiver: Just as a radio receives invisible airwaves and translates them into sounds, your spirit is designed to receive the deep things of God. This connection is made possible through the Holy Spirit residing within you.

Revelation through the Spirit: The mysteries and deep things of God are revealed to us by His Spirit. The Spirit searches all things and makes known to us the thoughts and purposes of God. The Role of the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit within you is the key to understanding God's thoughts and intentions. As God's Spirit resides in your spirit, it illuminates and guides you in the truth.

    Practical Application:

Grounding and Receiving: Just like a radio needs both grounding and an antenna, your spirit needs to be grounded in the Word of God and open to receiving from God. Ensure your spiritual life is rooted in Scripture and attentive prayer, raising your spiritual "antenna" through worship and devotion.

    Daily Practice:

Spend time daily in God's Word and prayer, allowing His Spirit to reveal truths to you. As you read the Bible, let verses speak to you personally, and be still in God's presence to hear His voice.

    Reflection Questions:

How grounded are you in the Word of God?

What does your prayer life look like day to day?

Do you find yourself looking inward and being distracted by your cares during prayer, or do you focus upward and give God your attention?

What areas of your personal devotional life need strengthening to better receive the things of God?

Declaration and Prayer Declare this over your life:

"My spirit is open and receptive to His divine presence and power. I am a vessel eagerly awaiting the infilling of His Spirit, equipped for every good work and empowered to live a life that glorifies God. As I yield to His presence within me, I am transformed from glory to glory, reflecting more of His character and nature. I am not alone, for the Spirit of God dwells within me, guiding, comforting, and strengthening me in every situation. Each day, I am filled afresh with His Spirit, overflowing with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Today, I surrender anew to the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to lead me into deeper intimacy with my Heavenly Father and greater effectiveness in His kingdom."

    Say this prayer:

"Heavenly Father, thank You for pouring out Your Spirit upon me. I acknowledge that my spirit is the receiver of Your Spirit. Help me to be sensitive to Your presence within me, guiding and empowering me to live a life that honors You. Fill me afresh today with Your Holy Spirit, that I may walk in greater intimacy with You and experience Your power working in and through me. In Jesus' name, Amen."

  • Key 1: You Must Live From The Place of Your Spirit (E-Course)
    Jun 29 2024

Welcome to Module 1 of "From Glory to Glory: Seven Keys to the Uncommon Spiritual Life." This foundational module explores the first key: Learn to Live from the Place of Your Spirit. Our journey begins with the opening scripture from 1 Thessalonians 5:23:

"Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Just as a newborn child inherently possesses all their senses, our spiritual senses are fully present within us from the moment we are born again. We do not need to learn how to see, hear, or feel spiritually; we need to nurture and grow these senses through time spent with the Holy Spirit and in God's presence.

    Key Takeaways:

Spirit, Soul, and Body: Understand that you are a three-part being, made in God's image. Your spirit connects with God's Spirit, while your soul encompasses your mind, will, and emotions. Your body is your physical being.

    Living a Spirit-First Lifestyle:

Govern yourself by the spirit rather than bodily impulses or fleshly dictates. Feed your spirit with the Word of God and live a life of attentive prayer to grow strong spiritually.

Differentiating Spirit and Soul: Use the Word of God, as described in Hebrews 4:12, to discern what is from the Spirit of God within you versus what is from your soul.

    Benefits of a Spirit-First Life:

Experience the fruits of the Spirit, such as self-control, peace, and joy. Live victoriously over the flesh and align your mindset with the Spirit to reap life and peace, as stated in Romans 8.

    Reflection Questions:

How do you view yourself? Do you see the Spirit of God within you, or do you focus on your flaws and insecurities?

Are you living from the place of your spirit or the place of the flesh? Do you experience life and peace, or are you plagued by shame and condemnation?

What areas in your life do you set your mind on?

Do you focus on the flesh or the Spirit?

How often do you spend time in the Word of God?

Declaration and Prayer Embrace this declaration over your life:

"I am a Spirit-first individual led by the presence of God within me. I choose to live not by the dictates of my flesh but by the truth and light of God's Word and the life of the Spirit within me. I am anchored in God's truth in every decision and circumstance, allowing His Spirit to illuminate my path and direct my steps."

Say this prayer: "Lord, I thank You for the gift of the Spirit. Help me recognize that it is the seat of Your presence within me. Today, I choose to live from the place of my spirit rather than being governed by my emotions or circumstances. Help me align my thoughts and actions with the truth of Your word and the leading of Your Spirit. May my life reflect Your love, joy, and peace as I walk in step with the Spirit. In Jesus' name, amen."
