    Welcome to episode 7 of the Mon Kinloch Podcast!


    This episode is a personal one, touching on some very recent life lessons on all things relationships and relating to others, intuition, healing and uplevelling from previous wounding, sexuality, shame, and what it means to be a woman.


    It's been a while since I have released a podcast, so this episode feels fitting - A little insight into my life of late and my most recent wisdom and teachings.

    • The messiness that can exist as you are finding your feet as a new and uplevelled version of self

    This episode dives into the difference between taking measures to suppress your symptoms, vs allowing your body to heal from the inside out.


    On the one hand, you are removing the specific aggravating symptom, yes, but what is REALLY actually happening INSIDE your body when you do that? What are the longer-term ramifications of doing thing this way?


    Throughout the episode I touch on:

    - What has been going on in my life over my half year hiatus;

    - My skin journey (adult acne, specifically) and why I sought a second and third opinion after seeing a dermatologist;

    - When should you treat the symptoms VS when should you treat the 'issue' from the inside out;

    - The healing crisis; and

    - Are you really 'fixing an issue' when you treat the symptoms, not the cause?

  • 5. How I stay so consistent with nutrition and exercise (fatigue and gut flareups edition)

    Welcome to episode 5 of the Mon Kinloch Podcast!


    This episode is about all things consistency with healthy habits, specifically how I maintain consistent with my nutrition and exercise.


    This is probably the part about my life that inspires and motivates people the most! It is something I receive comments about constantly.


    Within this episode I chat about how I:


    - Approach nutrition and exercise/fitness as a long-term lifestyle rather than a quick fix or a short-term solution to a quick goal

    - Align my nutrition and exercise/fitness choices to my core values

    - Sync my nutrition and exercise/fitness to my menstrual cycle

    - Approach nutrition and exercise while experiencing chronic gut issues (IBS) and manage my energy with burnout and fatigue

    - Get back on the health/wellness bandwagon after I have ‘fallen off the horse’


    My intention with this episode is to really make it clear that living a lifestyle where health, nutrition and wellness are a priority is EASY, DOABLE, and absolutely does not need to take over your life.
