    The mantra that entrepreneur, Bernie Miller lives by.

    Never afraid of hard work or a challenge, he took his first job at 9 years old and after working numerous jobs including as an aerobics instructor, bartender, model, actor and even as a stuntman, he got his break as a contestant on the TV show, American Gladiator.

    Since then, fitness and wellness has been his focus, he pioneered the '15 Minute Total Body Workout', he invented the now industry standard ' Total Body Workout Bench, The Spooner balance board and The Squatmaster.

    Paul talked about his difficult relationship with his famous Dad. Being brought up in a tough Australian neighbourhood by a single Mum. How taking up ballet aged nine was to shape his life and how he sees himself now as a Husband and Father.
