introversion is not a problem

when Dr. Marks said "introversion is not a problem" I cried! literal tears fell from my eye holes!
when I was a teen at my family home, I was constantly mocked and criticized for my reclusive behavior and they made "introvert" into a bad nasty name and it's so liberating hearing a pyschiatrist say "introversion is not a problem or a personality flaw." oh my god thank you!!

Great topic!

Very helpful info! I can relate to so much of it. It really does make me feel like I am not alone. The anxiety and ADD is so real and I feel like they brush it under the rug so often that you are left feeling like it’s just you. Thank you
