I’m still a work in progress, but God has given me freedom in every way! With over 25 years of experience in the fitness world and a lifetime of walking with the Lord, He has put a fire in my heart to help you walk in your freedom and to ENJOY the process. I mean, we GET to do this! We get to live for Jesus and get fit HIS way! Let’s Warrior Up for such a time as this!

    Fit sister, Are you a grazer or a snacker?
    - Do you eat out of boredom, stress, or habit?
    - Do you hit a mid-afternoon slump and reach for the caffeine, sugary drink, candy, cookie, or chip for a quick pick-me-up?
    - Do you find yourself eating out of the bag of Doritos or reaching for the Ben and Jerry's at night while watching your favorite show or scrolling social media?

    How about your gut? Is it healthy? Do you know which foods to stay away and which ones to reach for?

    Let's turn to God, His Word, and Wisdom for answers!
    In today's episode, I do just that. I share foods that are the worst for our gut and what to look out for, nutritious ones to reach for, AND, 5 tips to help us snack smarter.

    Proverbs 25:28 says, "A man (or woman) without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls." Fit sister, without self-control and self-discipline we are vulnerable to the enemy's attacks and dis-ease. Praise God that we can build those walls by drawing closer to Jesus, attaining wisdom and knowledge that leads to more life, and develop the fruit of self-control.
