David Tensen is passionate about helping individuals, families and organisations thrive. His latest book is Decenter Everything: The Unconventional Approach to Eldering in an Age of Immaturity.

He brings together a unique fusion of experience across business, leadership, creativity, emotional health and spiritual development. David and wife Natalie have three children and live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

David is a PhD Candidate, exploring small business education and has over 30 years of workplace experience, specialising in non-for-profit organisations.

Today, when he’s not researching or working as an Aged Care Chaplain, David spends his time writing, volunteering, playing boardgames, collecting typewriters and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Charles C. Daniels, Jr. is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with years of leadership experience. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fathers’ UpLift Inc., the nation’s first mental health and substance abuse treatment facility for fathers and families, helping fathers become and remain emotionally stable for their children. He is also a Visiting Research Scientist at Yale University. Dr. Daniels has spent the last decade providing therapy to Black men, helping them overcome the effects of toxic masculinity, racism, and oppression.

Will Anderson is a senior editor at Waterbrook Multnomah. He’s also a pastor who currently serves at Southlands Church Santa Ana.

He grew up in Phoenix, AZ, where he cultivated a love for writing—thanks to the sweltering summers which kept him inside, as well as his parents’ refusal to buy him a video game console for the duration of his adolescence.

He earned his B.A. in journalism at Biola University, and his M.A. in New Testament from Talbot School of Theology. Will has also taught theology and Bible classes at Woodcrest Christian High School and Cottonwood College.

Will writes regularly for The Gospel Coalition, Dwell Bible App, and Preaching Today’s Craft and Character podcast. He’s done freelance work for many churches and organizations, including The Chosen TV series. As an editor, he loves helping pastors write books that edify the church.

Sarah Boyd is a writer, child and adolescent development expert, and founder of educational company 'Resilient Little Hearts'. We discuss her new book is Turn Down the Noise: A practical guide to building an emotionally healthy family in a chronically overstimulated world.
