Philip the Ghost was conjured in the fall of 1972 by a group of eight members of the Toronto Society of Psychical Research group in Toronto, Canada. Together, they created a fictional spirit, Philip, and sought to use mental power to conjure his physical spectral being. The Philip Experiment inspired many other spiritual creations. The Toronto Society of Psychical Research attempted to create Lilith, a French Canadian Spy. Then came Sebastian, a medieval alchemist, and Axel, a man from the future. Experiments similar to Philip have taken place all over the world and there's rumor that The Skippy Experiment, conducted by an Australian team, has procured video evidence that they plan to share with the world.
