• WHAT WILL MAKE YOUR NEW YEAR "NEW"? (New Year's Day 2025)

    Hey UN•THERAPIST,

    We need your help UN•THERAPIZING some things because we can't leave 2024 without setting some ground rules...

    So we have two questions, although they're going to seem like three, and maybe even one of them is more of a statement:

    📌 1. What's one thing that you're leaving in 2024 as you enter 2025?
    📌 2. What's one thing that you will take from 2024 into 2025?
    📌 3. Fill in the blank: If I don't accomplish ______________ in 2025, I feel like a failure.

    Although these may be loaded questions for some, it'll be a great launching point for some of us to create hyper-focused energy on intention and un-distract ourselves from distractions.

    With these two questions being our focus, we can build a whole new future for ourselves in our minds and our realities.

    Growing up, we've always heard "Real over Fake," and we have taken that mindset with us throughout life, but after this conversation, some of the UN•THERAPISTs may have different opinions.

    Now we know what some of ya'll be thinking, and we want to clear up that we are not talking about a person's characteristics, but in this case, we're talking about food & beverages.

    Being it's Thanksgiving & there's nothing like a good ol' home-cooked meal full of all of the MVP foods that your family makes, let me ask you this: in the midst of a table full of natural foods, does that artificial stuff hit sometimes?

    📌 Is it just me, or does that lemonade hit when it comes out of the Country Time can?
    📌 Or that high fructose corn syrup in the Ocean Spray Cran-Grape?

    Maybe Grandma's Red Velvet cake has a hint of that Domino's sugar in there. We're trying to give away too much of Big Mama's recipe, but maybe everything isn't as "real" as we think.
