This podcast has been one of the most helpful learning tools in my life. It has allowed me to learn so much about anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, depression and much more. When I first started listening to this podcast my life was drastically different due to my fears, compulsions and negative self talk when experiencing symptoms of my various mental health challenges. I am extremely thankful to have overcome so much greatly due to the help of this podcast. Kimberly and the guests that speak on this podcast are very understanding and many have acquired wisdom through their personal journey. This has inspired me to "do the hard thing" as Kimberly says, each day when various situations arise. I have been challenging myself each day and now I live a life that I am proud of and feel that my anxiety, panic attacks and OCD are manageable and they do not determine how I live my life. I have recommended this podcast to several people I know because it provides so many valuable tools. This podcast has had an amazing impact in my life which has had a butterfly effect because I connect in a healthier and more joyful way with myself, my family, significant other, friends and at work. 🦋 I am so thankful this podcast has been created as a free resource for those looking for support!
