  • James Paoluzzi - Training Methodology in Track & Field - Episode 20

    Roberto James Paoluzzi is our guest for episode 20.

    A national and international level athlete, he first practiced Decathlon, and he ran for the Italian National Team. Most notably, he became World Champion in the Icosathlon in Tartu (EST) IN 2015. Now he also dabbles in Triathlon.

    He graduated in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Perugia. He then completed a Master's degree in Clinical Research from the University of Sheffield.

    Currently serves as a Coach and Performance Coach for a group of sprinters, middle distance runners and jumpers for the Chinese National Track & Field Team.

    He has obtained prestigious certifications such as CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) with the NSCA, USATF (Track & Field Specialist), and EXOS Specialist.

    In this episode he deepens into the training methodology with his athletes.
