Heroes of Atlantis

When 14-year-old hunter Roeg Firehold'r kills a sabertooth in the plains, a terrifying set of events lurches into motion all across the ancient land. Forbidden to take part in the Great Hunt, Roeg and his two best friends devise a plot to swindle their elders, hoping to accompany them on the hunt. Across the sea of Atlantis, a merchant's daughter gets pressed into service, is forced into hostile territory, and sets off on a quest to hunt for magical dragon runes. Hidden in the underbelly of Atlantis, she finds a magical lute only she can wield.

Crash landing on the shores of the Mainland, Sephonei is shocked at how "big" the mythical creatures are on the Mainland. As if that wasn't bad enough, she can't quite figure out the power of her lute, and realizes that the beasts on the Mainland are the least of her worries. Sephonei is jolted to the core when she finds out Atlantis has a enslaved the inhabitants of the Mainland. She needs to choose sides or risk losing it all....
