Valdis Wolfbane is renowned through the lands for his physical prowess and mighty conquests, but he's willing to give it all up to purchase a farm and settle down.

Exchanging a sword for a plow, he's set on turning the dilapidated farm into something he can live off for the rest of his peaceful life.

After a rather eventful visit to Timbermere, Valdis Wolfbane and his companions have returned to the farm. Their goal is clear: turn their little piece of land into something halfway close to self-sufficient. Thankfully, with a dark elf's nature magic and the cooking skills of a former huntress, the farm's prospects couldn't be better.

High King Brucarius 'Goldblade' Blackthorn has arrived in Timbermere. While Valdis Wolfbane left his past behind him along with his sword and armor, the king asks a favor of the former warrior. What the king does not realize is that this warrior is now a farmer. His supernatural gifts are used to toil the land and harvest crops rather than split skulls and sever limbs. Where before he commanded a squad of battle-hardened men, he now finds himself leading... an ensemble of women who love the farm just as much as he does.

With the festivities in Timbermere underway, Valdis Wolfbane and his cohort of lovely ladies are off to the Spring Faire. Valdis is expecting trouble, for that’s the way his grizzled warrior’s mind works after years of fighting and warring. But the trouble he’s likely to find is in the form of his greatest weakness: a pretty face.
