About this listen

Jeremy Ash, aspiring actor, is single, gorgeous...and openly, quietly gay. When he lands a starring role opposite America's favorite former child star, 21-year-old Kit Harris, he's ecstatic and more than a little attracted to the enigmatic star.

Kit Harris' career has been flagging, and his agent promises this new film, an edgy coming-out story with a famed director, is just the thing to get it back on track. The problem is that the film is relatively intimate in nature, and Kit's definitely not gay. He's not even slightly bent.

When the two men collide in a crushing first test kiss, Kit's left reeling, and Jeremy's left wanting, and both are left gasping for air. And that's just the screen test. When filming starts and the two men are brought into close proximity every day, passions ignite and souls collide - both onscreen and off. The two men find that the only way to assuage their mutual lust is to give in to it. Kit's sure this strange new attraction will run its course; Jeremy's hoping it never has to end.

But when a manipulative model obtains salacious film footage of the two men in bed, Kit's prepared to do whatever it takes to save his career. But how far is too far to push the boundaries of love, and how long can one man hide from himself?

Publisher's note: This book contains explicit sexual situations, graphic language, and material that some listeners may find objectionable: male/male sexual practices.

This author continues to use the term "CLEAN" to denote HIV Status, several times in this series and its only Book 2. Using that term not only shows complete ignorance on the author's part, but also infers that people living with HIV are "DIRTY"

Anyone with even the slightest modicum of compassion would know better than to use such a disgusting term or perpetuate such a nasty stigma!

Use of ignorant stigmas almost ruined this series

Loved this book! A book of self discovery, courage to deal with one's past and move on, self acceptance and love! All in this story. I really like the tone and the pace the narrator set. Easy to listen to.

I really enjoyed this audiobook about the two characters,Jeremy Ash,a hollywood actor, who's a newcomer and former child actor 21yo,Kit Harris, who fall in live while filming a movie about two gay men who love each other.

There was a lot of angst in this story, maybe too much.

Somehow,I found that the angst even if too much, worked for me,given the hollywood setting and the growing love between the two characters in this audiobook, after giving this story a chance.

There were several times, while I was listening to this book, that I laughed out loud, smiled and got a little angry and frustrated with both of the main characters,Jeremy and Kit.

After a while, the characters grew on me and I ended up liking, both Jeremy and Kit.

In the end though,I am happy that Kit and Jeremy stayed together and got their happy ending.

I would gladly recommend this funny and sexy story.

I also enjoyed the narrator,Noah Michael Levine.

I thought he did a pretty good job.

I would definitely listen to this audiobook again.

Sexy and funny about two actors who fall in love.

A well written and well narrated tale. Deeply moving and intriguing story. All of Hollywood isn’t quite so shallow as we are led to believe. Kudos to all.

Way too much angst. I struggled to finish, and ended up skipping an hour or so. The plot was so obvious, I knew what was coming next, and since it was going to be some angst-ridden conflict, I was bored and skipped. Part of the problem is also that I find the Hollywood setting doesn’t appeal to me. I find the whole Hollyworld fake and kind of sleazy. The other 3 books in the series are more of the same angst. I’ll be passing up the rest.

It was ok
