About this listen

On her way to a new job in Wyoming on the Kincaid Ranch, Amy Rollins stops at a roadside bar to take a much needed break. Having been deprived of sex for too long, her first glimpse of a tall, rugged cowboy in the parking lot has her tingling with desire.

On the run from the law for over two years, Amy has deliberately avoided personal entanglements. However, she's so attracted to the handsome stranger that when she later loses a bet with him over a game of pool, she's obliged to give him a night of sex. This seems easy enough. However, the sassy, smart-mouthed Amy gets a rude and enlightening surprise when, as soon as the two enter his hotel room, the cowboy pulls her across his lap for a sound spanking.

The humiliation and pain-induced pleasure are more than her senses can resist, and she's shocked to find herself climaxing with a man for the first time ever! Though the cowboy's dominating lovemaking has her yearning for more, she flees in fear of her own emotions in the middle of the night. Thankful to escape the man before she does something she regrets, she arrives the next day at Kincaid Ranch. It's not long before she finds herself once again bent over firm male thighs - those of her new boss.

As Amy finds herself falling in love with her boss, and under his control, she eagerly explores her submissive sexuality, and the open lifestyle on the ranch leads to sexy threesomes, group sex and exhibitionism. However, when strange accidents start happening at the ranch, Amy's alarmed.

As the careful deception about her past threatens to unravel and expose her damming secret, she is forced to flee again to protect the man she has now fallen in love with. But can he save her and free her from her darkest fears?

Enjoyable but annoying

I listen to my audible book and read along with my Kindle and it is so annoying when the narrator's reading does not match what is written in the Kindle book. And in this case the multiple mispronunciations are even more annoying.
The story itself is engaging and well written and the first thing I've read by this author but I look forward to additional books.

A Great Book For A Bargain

I loved that not only was their a great romance story in the book, but it was also very hot and spicy. Tons of voyeuristic naughty scenes that you may not want to listen to at work.

Amy's Redemption

A nice erotic fantasy. A light story, better than most in it's genre. I enjoyed it. Worth the money I paid. Emily Locke is a very suitable reader. Enjoyed her characterisations.

Yes!!!

Exactly what I was in the mood for and BJ Wane did not disappoint. It was hot, sexy, and a fun listen. 🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆The characters were grown and evolved and everything was consensual and risqué. 😜😉

I definitely would listen to this again. The reading was good although I do wish there was dual narration but I loved the New York accent that would slip out every now and then. I also love the female narration read the story with passion but didn’t try to do a man’s voice.

Not a native American reading the dialogue but Pretending to be American

The story was fine up until the last couple of hours. The real problem is the narration it is not only a single narration female. But the female is clearly not American and yet the characters are from New York the Midwest and Wyoming. Extraordinarily distracting to hear words come out in Australian or English accent that are clearly supposed to be spoken with some sort of southern twang. The derivation ruined the book.
This is the second book I reviewed from the same author. I did not like the first book thinking a second book we needed to be her to give a fair shot. Will not listen to this author again between the first book and this narration my interest is completely gone in any of this authors past or future writings.
