Loved the Book! Love The Walkers!!

What did you love best about Braydon?

I loved the way she interweaved all of the Walker brothers I have come to love into this story about Braydon and his twin!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Braydon?

When Braydon realized HE was the reason for Brendon's being unable to deal with how they were growing apart and how he needed to try to fix things!

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

Okay now HERE is where this book fell short of ALL of the other Books in this series! I happen to love listening when I'm driving in my car or doing other things, then reading when I can just sit and read! However, the person who was narrating for Brendon was just BAD. So bad in fact, that every time he would start reading it would take me completely out of the story, which was a first for one of Nicole Edwards books. The female narrating for Jessie and the male narrating for Braydon were fantastic, I'd like to state that fact!! It got so annoying when the narrator read for Brendon I finally STOPPED listening and read the rest of the book to completion, after about half way through, because I didn't want to be pulled out of the story any more!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Too many to count! LOL I would recommend this book and all of the books in this series! If you haven't read any of the books from this series, do yourself a favor and read them all!!

✫✫ 3.5 Stars ✫✫

I was excited for Braydon & Jessie's story but I'll be honest it wasn't what I was expecting. This book was different from all the others in the series because it's more relationship drama and sweet love story than the first 5 books. I guess I expected it to be way hotter since these two started out in a menage. That being said, I did still enjoy it and was glad to see them get their moment.

The narration was just ok. One of the male narrators didn't do the best job with his female voice.

Not My Favorite Walker Read

I love reading Nicole Edwards books, she writes so really hot menage and I love reading about the Walker brothers and I am sad to say that I didn't like this one as much as I liked the previous books the last two books in this series are on my favorites list. The problem for me was Jessie was too whiney and her insecurities made me want to slap her. Braydon has always shared women with his twin Brendon, including Jessie until he fell in love with her and although she felt the same way about him she was too insecure to tell him. Brendon who was an ass knew how his brother felt about Jessie he didn't want to be left out or to lose his brother. When it gets to be too much, Braydon runs. When he returns, he realizes wants Jessie for good and will stop at nothing to make her his. They don't know how to communicate with each other, Brendon is in knots because he wants the country singer who doesn't want to be shared. I felt that the book was long and too drawn out for me. Braydon really struggled in this book and not only with his feelings for Jessie, but also with moving on while Brendon stayed stuck and using Jessie, because Cheyenne had him tied up inside. Overall the book was very well written (read) as I listened to it like all of Ms. Edwards books I am looking forward to reading about Sawyer if he is anything like he is in the previous books it is going to be a great read.

Narrator sounded like a hillbilly

The other men in the Walker books sounded like hot, sexy men. The narrator in this book sounded like a 65 year old hillbilly with a piece of straw hanging out of his mouth. The other thing was the repetition. The female character has the same inner conversations over and over. The book could have been 2 or more hours shorter if the repetition was left out. You could skip an entire chapter and not miss a single thing except the inner conflict of Jessie.

Liked it fairly well not at sexy or well performed

Wasn't the best in the series. Good male performance. Whiney female voices
Not as many sexy scenes as the other books in series. Too many dumb misunderstandings that didn't make much sense

Dump Them Both

While Nicole Edwards is a great writer, I didn't find the twins Braydon and Brendon very interesting. At 30, these men should be able to articulate their feelings and understand how mature relationships work.

No, Braydon is secretly in love with Jessie, but continues to share her with his brother because that the way it's always been. Really? These twins grew up in a stable, loving home with parents who modeled a healthy & caring relationship, so what's their excuse?

When it takes an entire book for supposedly intelligent adult males to have a honest conversation, rather than just engaging in mindless sex, I am not entertained. The twins aren't passionate about their careers, hobbies, or any interest outside of getting laid. I wanted Jessie to dump them both and find someone better.
