Cowboy Daddies has two connected stories that revolve around sister who meet the Cowboys that they need. The men understand that they need to act like Daddies in order to tame the young ladies who are stealing their hearts. But can their discipline and their cuddles lead to trust and love?

I had the opportunity to read this collection when it first came out, and as much as I loved it then, I loved the audiobook even more! Abby learns the hard way that pride can only get her in trouble with Clay, while Daisy needs to learn that her wild ways are only a defense mechanism and luckily Shane was able to reign her in! Mr. Solin did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life and added so much richness and depth to the characters (especially Clay and Shane) that I was really swept away. I loved listening to this book and falling in love with these characters again!

These are 2 short stories about heavy handed males and submissive young ladies and each story is written by a different author.
The first one tells about the romancing of Clay and Abby and the second about Shane and Daisy. Abby and Daisy are sisters. Clay is the ranch owner and Shane is his Foreman.
Spanking is used on these girls in order to tame their lying or omission of data.
Both books are have interesting stories and if spanking is your thing then these books should interest you.
Ken Solin has an good voice with a husky, slow drawl that lends itself to these stories.
I received an audiobook version from the authors and this is my voluntary and unbiased review of them.

Put together two of my favorite authors, and we get a book of fun, quick romances with hot, sexy, dominant males and strong willed, yet submissive women. These two have written about Clay and Shane, best friends who each find their soul mates in sisters Abby and Daisy. Clay finds Abby when she steals his horse. Once caught, it is evident that Abby needs the guidance only Clay can give her. With a heavy hand, and a lot of love, Clay and Abby begin to find their way, but will Abby be able to live with this lifestyle? Shane and Daisy find themselves together when Clay and Abby are away. The attraction is great, but Daisy is a free spirit. Will Shane be able to tame her? With a secret she isn't willing to tell, there is dissension in the house, and discipline to be given. Amelia Smarts and Jane Henry are masters at writing the daddy story with domestic discipline with the perfect amount of kink with comforting men. I love this combination they give their heroes, making them swoonworthy. At the same time, their heroines are smart and spunky always making for a fun and frisky listen.

Ken Solin narrated these novellas. He does a decent job, though at times I find his narration more of a straight read rather than an acted out story. His pace is good and he has distinguishable voices which makes the listen easy to.

I enjoyed listening to these two books. I had previously rated them when I read the Ebooks. I just love listening to them on Audible. I find that the stories come alive when you listen to the narrator..

They make the story much more liver and feel the characters emotions than you do when reading.

COWBOY DADDIES: TWO WESTERN ROMANCES by Jane Henry and Amelia Smarts is a delightfully fun and naughty confection containing two interconnected western-themed novellas that just had me hooting and hollering with UNBRIDLED JOY!

THE STORIES:
These tantalizing tales feature Clay Ashton and Shane Weston, two strong, stalwart, dominantly sexy cowboys who are charged with the almighty task of taming a pair of feisty sisters, Abigail and Daisy Jones! What ensues is plenty of love, passion, sizzling sparks and titillating OKN sessions that left me gushing in girlish delight!

In book one by Amelia Smarts, Clay catches a pretty young thief stealing his beloved old mare Glaze and is none too pleased. However, when he discovers Abby's been secretly hunkering down in his bunkhouse and has been barely scraping by in an effort to save enough cash to help secure her younger sister Daisy’s future, the gruff yet innately kind cowboy’s anger dissipates and he finds his paternal instincts rising to the fore. Compassionate to her desperate plight, he takes Abby in and takes it upon himself to provide the beautiful, willful young spitfire with some strict yet loving discipline—cowboy daddy style!

In book two, penned by Jane Henry, Shane and Daisy are thrown together on the Turning Point Ranch when Clay and Abby are away on their honeymoon. The hard-working ranch foreman promises his best friend Clay he’ll watch over Abby’s young sister and the spunky 18 year old proves to be QUITE A HANDFUL! Daisy’s got a sassy tongue and a bratty nature, and quite an impetuous streak that gets her into some mighty big fixes. Which of course requires a strong, commanding daddy to take his naughty little filly in hand to teach her some manners, and provide her with the stern yet tender guidance she desperately needs! But she's also funny and sweet, witty and kind and charms her way into Shane's hopelessly smitten heart!

MY MUSINGS:
Jane Henry and Amelia Smarts prove yet again that they are the QUEEN DIVAS OF SIGH-WORTHY WESTERN ROMANCE! I relished every single moment of these warm, witty, wickedly wanton novellas! The stern yet swoon-worthy cowboy daddies in this collection had me quivering and quaking in shivery delight from start to finish! I adore how Clay and Shane love, protect and worship their beautiful, feisty women, providing them with their unique brand of firm yet loving care and guidance that makes them flourish. And while their sweet, sassy little girls do give their beloved daddies a run for their money, they truly wouldn’t have them any other way!

As an Audible listen, Ken Solin’s gruff, masculine voice and ruggedly sexy drawl is well suited for these western-themed cowboy romances. I enjoyed his narration and was highly entertained throughout! I think he did a commendable job of giving all the characters distinct personalities and especially enjoyed his gently tender yet stern portrayals of the heroes. He just made it so easy for me to fall head over heels in love with Clay and Shane! Though at times I do wish he emoted a little more in the inner dialogue passages, his talent really shone through during the interactive scenes between the cowboy daddies and their beloved little girls. And overall I do think he did a fine job!

BOTTOM LINE:
Ultimately, these short, sweet, scintillating novellas are chock full of heart-tugging romance, panty melting hotness and oodles of charm… and had me fantasizing of lassoing my own Cowboy Daddy!

The narrator did a good job. Entertaining story of two sisters growing into adults. I wish there would be a little more of their story after falling in love with their men.
