Publisher's summary

Gray’s stage name is Trouble. He’s earned it.

When he goes onto stage in heat, it’s clear he needs a Daddy. But that’s not all he gets the night he meets an older man with fading blue hair and a leather riding jacket. This Daddy already has a boy, and that boy wants to play with Gray too. In fact, the boy might be even more wild than Gray.

The three men just want to have fun, but somewhere along the way, that fun becomes more complicated. For the first time in Gray’s life, he might be okay with that. Especially when an unexpected surprise changes everything.

Fairy Daddy is the story of three men who find their happily ever after together without needing to tame their wild hearts. It’s set in the same omegaverse as the Heron Manor series, but stands alone.

An MM contest winner for sure

The writing in this is fantastic. The characters are written well, there's character representation, there's a healthy representation of kink and polyamory, and it is absolutely hot as hell. One of the dirtiest and smexiest books I've ever seen. By far. Like an orgy tour with healthy relationships and trust with a cute animal aspect as a bonus. It's really beautiful seeing some of these relationships grow and unfold and it's cool to see how different some of these dynamics are. Not to mention, the works building in this is amazing. There's cultural aspects for all these different shifters and it's like, how did someone come up with this? They're super creative and cute and sexy and really help add to the story. It's not just 3 guys doing the same thing over and over. They're growing together with each new area they visit that has their own culture and I feel it adds dimension that really helps to propel the story forward.

It DOES end with you wanting more, so be warned. I definitely cannot wait for book 2 because as much craziness as there was in here, it's just never enough. I'm excited to see what else Amy Bellow can add to this unique world she's created.

I think the puffin wellness center situation is my favorite! it's a healthy display of sex and acceptance and I really with that real life had more things like that.

Unfortunately, the audio does fall a bit flat at certain times for me. it's not bad, and I don't want to dissuade anyone from buying this, because it's still amazing. I just don't think this narrator was as suited for this book as he was for Omega from the Ocean, for example. Grey's vice is actuality a really perfect fit. I love it. And Rev's vice definitely reflects his personality in tone but it's a bit similar to grey. But Daddy Chris's voice really throws me off. It's like the narrator wanted to go for a deep voice with that character (which probably would've been a good call) but he just couldn't do it. A good narrator knows what their weaknesses are and how to overcome them by playing to their strengths. I think the variety and amount of characters just might have been a bit too much for him. He does do a good job at making sure the character's personality shines through with their own unique way of speaking and tonality, he's a good actor, and I do look forward to more from this narrator in the future, but his range may be limited and this may not have been the best suited book for him. I'd recommend his other works though.

All in all, it's a really great story with diverse characters and fictional culture and world building and character development and plenty of smoking hot scenes and smex positivity and I certainly recommend it. Honestly this book makes me feel down to party. Even with some really emotional key points. Total party book 🥳

Great book and characters. Super hot

This is my first book by Amy and I adored it. Let’s just start with I listened rather than read this book. The narrator did an fantastic job.

I feel like I am already in jested in Chris, Gray, and Rev’s story and can’t wait for book 2 to see how everything pans out with them

On the 1-10 scale on hotness. It’s a 100. Phew I needed a cold Shower during the book. Lol.

They guys are amazingly sweet and open. They are open to a triad even when Gray is not so sure as he has been hurt terribly in the past. I can’t wait to see their relationship flourish in the next installment.

Traffic

There’s just some parts of this book that shouldn’t be listened to in 5 o’clock traffic but if you must, always do it with your head held high.

Loved this HFN book, and that’s a lot coming from me. I always crave just a little more with all of the stories I listen/ read. I loved the way that MC1 feelings were taken into account and that it just wasn’t pushed off to the side.

I think the only slight for me was the voices, however it didn’t bother me until the end. So this could be a me problem and not a you problem.

Go listen/read and enjoy!

a great beginning

Chris was such a caring daddy and that attracted me. I liked how Chris and Rev worked to earn Grey's comfort and trust. The inclusion and acceptance into the triad was emotional. I enjoyed seeing this version of a poly relationship and their dynamics. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job bringing it to life.

Educational in a very sexy way

Gray is an omega who enjoys a wild time, and isn't looking for a serious commitment, after having his heart broken. Fate, however, has other plans when in the middle of a sexy wild time, he meets Chris and Rev, a loving couple who, like him, enjoy a polyamorous lifestyle. After having a glorious time, they agree to seeing each other in a casual way, which leads them to having serious feeling for each other. I will admit to having little experience with this process, I had read other romances with triads before, but this particular dynamic was new to me, so the story was very educational. I had to, at moments, keep myself in check and shake off preconceived ideas of how a romance story is supposed to go, while enjoying the ride. So I really appreciated the education, and once I understood the dynamics of polyamorous relationships, I sat back and had a good time. I loved how honest and open Gray, Chris and Rev were with their needs, at all times they were checking with each other, and how they wanted their relationships with each other to go. Communication and trust was paramount in their interactions, and I really appreciated that. The sex scenes were outrageous, and there was a LOT of them, my favorite was the group scene, I cackled at the politeness, it was delicious. My only quibbles are that I never quite got a grip on Rev, he seemed at times really immature and impulsive and shallow, and though I did enjoy the sex scenes, after a while it felt somewhat repetitive. There was also a lot of exposition about the world and the different cultures of shifters, which was nice but at times it felt unnecessary, since it wasn't about the main characters, and I didn't feel that it moved the plot forward. The narration was alright, though at times Rev and Gray sounded exactly the same, and Chris' voice would waver from deep and gravelly to youthful even though he is a mature man. This happened throughout the book, and it was distracting and would throw me off the flow of the story. The narrator did maintain the emotional tones of the story and made the steamy scenes sound steamy, which is always a plus. This book is part one of two, so it ends up in a huge cliffhanger, which can be frustrating for some readers. I'm looking forward to seeing how it all comes out for this wild and free triad.

not my usual fare but I LOVE the other so...

I figured I'd give it a listen. I'm glad I did. I became more emotionally invested with the characters than I thought I would. it was 🔥🔥🔥than usual but not necessarily gratuitous. Which is a feat in and of itself. Take the risk its worth it.
