About this listen

Two cops walk into a bar. Mason, the bartender, waits for the punch line, because no way in hell are these ridiculously hot men real cops. They're straight out of a cop-fetish fantasy. But he quickly learns that Jack and Gray are the real deal, and they want him in the worst way.

What starts as a night of hot, three-way sex becomes a lot more. The two cops fulfill Mason's submissive fantasies, but they also meet a more basic need: comfort. They want to take care of Mason, to offer him unconditional friendship, but their concern for him unnerves Mason more than even the kinkiest sex.

To find happiness with his new partners, Mason must change his belief that love is as much a fantasy as a pair of gorgeous, handcuff-wielding cops landing in his bed.

this is better on audio than it was reading it!

please know that i am an extremely picky listener of audiobooks. there have been several that i've abandoned even though i've loved the story because i just couldn't listen to the narration.

so i've now read this book and listened to it and i will say it's absolutely better in audio than just reading it. greg did an amazing job bringing out all the emotions in these characters that i just didn't feel as well when reading this originally. he performed this book perfectly! i can't wait to listen to more performances by him!

i liked the story - triads are hard to pull off and be believable instead of a couple experimenting with a third. i liked the slow build up and the teasing looks and conversations they shared over time. mason's hesitation was so much more believable hearing it vs. reading it. i really felt how much he wanted this men but was afraid of getting tossed aside when they were through with him. the emotions felt during their sex scenes were really much better in audio format. i felt the power of their connection that i didn't necessarily feel when i read it.

i love how the three of them fit together and how they each had separate roles in the relationship. i truly believed they were three parts of the whole.

this is a short listen - about 4.5 hours - and definitely leaves you wanting to listen to book 2 at the end! i can't wait for book 2 to be released on audio!

Delivers the heat!

Any additional comments?

Greg Boudreaux (the new audio identity Greg Tremblay is using for steamier erotic fiction) delivers a solid performance. I liked his voice choices for the characters, and Greg knows how to deliver the heat for the sexy times.

This is a steam filled, unconventional romance between established couple, Jack and Gray, and bartender, Mason. Told entirely from Mason's POV the relationship starts off, for Mason, as one hot night, but evolves into so much more as feelings grow deeper.

Mason, who has been in a ménage once before, is leery of his deepening feelings for Jack and Gray because of the way he was burned before and consequently he does a lot of running. There's a lot of non-communication from Mason which drove me nuts.

Mostly, I wish I could have gotten Jack and Gray's POVs too.

I really wanted to like this. Hell, I was all set to LOVE this. I've been looking for a great ménage story and this came VERY highly recommended. I don't know...maybe it was timing or mood, but I didn't like it as much as I hoped I would.

I wish I liked it more, especially as it has all the elements I usually love, but with the exception of the communication issues that drove me entirely insane for a quarter of the story, I only solidly liked it. It was okay...but not the spectacularly hot romance I thought it was going to be.

Bottom Line: This has steamy moments, some D/s play, an emotional connection between the lovers, and it's a sweet, ménage romance with some angst.

Fitting In

This story is well narrated. Greg Boudreaux has a calm relaxing voice. It is easy to follow the story the way he tells it. His Inflictions of Mason's view is extremely well done and hot. He also Inflicts enough that Grey and Jack' s voice is easily discernable from Mason's.Greg makes the story interesting and smoking hot. I don't recommend listening to this in public without good esrphones.!

very heart ❣ warming story

I love the way this story is written. It's a very feel good short listen. I felt like I watched a really good movie because I could visualize everything... and I mean everything... even the 🔥 hot hot 🔥 stuff.

It's about two cops who fall for a bartender. Basically a couple becoming a trio.

The narration is perfect. Made everything seem real.

I would highly recommend this book. Don't miss out.

OMG, there's a book 2... I never knew... so excited to get into it.

Sexy MMM Menage!

Where does Fitting In, Volume 1 rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's definitely one I will listen to again.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Fitting In, Volume 1?

Gray loosing his temper and throwing his glass at the wall, then what came after.

Have you listened to any of Greg Boudreaux’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

As Greg Tremblay, yes. Greg Boudreaux's supposed to be his spicier side, and boy was this book spicey!!

If you could take any character from Fitting In, Volume 1 out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Gray! Good lord that man's attitude, persona and voice. Yowza!!

Any additional comments?

I love the opening line for this book, two cops walk into a bar...

Jack and Gray walk into Nathan's bar to see if the employees have seen anything suspicious. Several businesses in the area have been robbed as of late, and they are walking the beat to try to find someone that has seen something. What they find is the shy, sexy bartender, Mason. Over the next few weeks Jack and Gray spend a lot of their off time in the bar. Mason can't help but stare, appreciatively. He picks up on subtle touches and signs that convey Jack and Gray are partners in both their personal and professional lives. Mason doesn't even pick up on the not so subtle stares that Jack and Gray toss his way.

Jack and Gray finally put the move on Mason and the three of them have a mind blowing night together. Mason assumes it was meant to be a one-time thing, but when they ask him to stay, and them Jack makes breakfast, Mason is slightly bewildered. It would be so easy for Mason to slide right into a relationship with the two gorgeous Cops, but a past similar experience did not end well, so Mason is hesitant. Regardless of his hesitancy, Mason quickly realizes he can't say no to them. The three of them settle into what dangerously resembles a relationship, though the words are never spoken. When the three men start to feel something more than just friendly towards each other, Mason freaks out and runs, convinced that this time will be no different than the last.

Let me just get it out of the way, the angst and lack of communication for a good two thirds of the book drove me infrigginsane! These were three grown ass men, at any point in time Mason could have voiced his feelings, so could Gray. So that aspect of the story bothered me. That being said, I loved everything else. It was interesting to listen as Gray and Jack took Mason to a place he didn't even realize he wanted to be. How the three of them complimented each other in a way. Mostly, Mason is scared shitless that if he voices his feelings out loud, they won’t be returned and he’ll be heart broken.

Gray is the obvious Dom in the relationship, but there were times when even Gray needed to let things go and Jack took charge. There was a lovely curve ball when it came to the schematics of the threesome, who was where and such, and it really gave the book more depth in my opinion. The story was narrated by Greg Boudreaux (the spicier side of narrator Greg Tremblay) and he did such an amazing job with this book. There’s no question that he has probably the most versatile palate when it comes to audio books, but I thought he went above and beyond for this book. I found myself at times just sitting frozen as I listened to Mason, the tones and inflections that made his confusion real somehow, I almost cried for him. Then there was that growl for Gray that made me want to be on the receiving end of… you get the picture.

If you are a fan of the Author, the narrator, or super sexy threesome stories, you should give this title serious consideration. To spite the fact I wanted to bang Mason and Gray’s heads against the wall every now and then, I really enjoyed this audio.

*****Hot and Steamy *****

For those who want an elaborate story with lots of twists and turns, then this is not the book for you.
For those who love lots of steamy elements with three guys, I highly recommend it.
And with Greg Boudreaux doing the narration, it's the BEST *****
