Where does Primal rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It was a decent story. I would recommend it, but something was missing for me. I'm not quite sure what is it.

Have you listened to any of Irina Stone’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This was my first, but I am looking forward to listening again!

H-O-T! Oh, And Did I Say Hot!

This is as close to reality as it comes for the home reader of erotica that has no real experience in anything even remotely kinky.

Many women romanticize about the world of BDSM, but if one was actually trying to make the page become a reality, it would probably end up a lot like Winter. We would have lots of cheap pieces ordered from amazon and a small collection of overly sexy outfits, but still never seeming to leave the perch at the bar.

Winter is determined to live out the fantasies she reads about, even going as far as to drag her best friend and coworker Simon along for the ride. Once she lays eyes on her Mystery Hottie, she realizes she may not be quite cut out for this lifestyle, because she wants so much more than just a random encounter.

Mystery Hottie turns out to be a scrumptious desert of a man named Sorin, who is a regular and very much not looking for more. He doesn't even like to do the same girl twice so there is no misinterpretations of his intentions. He can't help being drawn to his Little Miss Sunshine and her inexperience and the deep desire to ruin her for other men.

Their perceived ideas of the rules of the game and how they think it's going to play out couldn’t be any more wrong, but in a good way. Trust me, its Oh so Good!

I can relate a lot to the heroine in this story. She wants to have a crazy sexy adventure, but she wants to do it with just one man, the same man, Her man.

This is my first read from Sky Corgan and I am not disappointed! The writing was full of heat and emotions. You feel for Winter and really want to see her get her hottie and do bad thing to him! And Sorin heats you up so much you want to do naughty things to your significant other! --- You have been warned!

Thank you Irina Stone for delivering a lust inducing performance while also nailing the other characters. (Pun intended!) I felt right in the middle of the story the whole time.

I give this 5 out of 5 naughty stars and recommend this to anyone who likes their stories Hot!

I have read and listened to books by Sky Corgan previously, and have enjoyed her style. This story just didn't pull me in like her other books have. I think that I did not like Sorin or his attitude. Winter was young and curious of BDSM, just not certain of her desires. My favorite part of the book was the ending. I thought that was well done. I thought the narrator did a good job with the various characters and their voices. My review is not a synopsis of the book, but rather my opinion of it. I was provided with this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator.

Loved this! Very hot and just a bit dark. Enjoyed the characters and their interactions. Great narrator! I received a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

I really like Winter, while she's very shy and quite she knows what she wants and she isn't going to settle for less. Sorin's not so likeable but his confusion over Winter is very amusing.

The story is short and steamy, there's excellent chemistry between Sorin and Winter and on the whole it's fairly believable. I fun way to spend a couple of hours.

The narration is good but not great. The male character voices leave a fair bit to be desired, but the female voices are well done and the overall delivery has a nice natural flow to it.

I love Sky Corgan's stories though this wasn't my favorite. Having said that, it was still worth listening to..

Sorin or Hottie as he is referred to is a love them once and leave them kind of guy. At the club he frequents, he notices Winter, a quiet girl who is checking him out...the intrigue starts there. Though Winter is not experienced in bdsm, she does nothing but surprise this one night stand man, but is it enough to tame him? Sky Corgan writes a hot and erotic story, full of wonder, passion and surprise. This couple is fun and keeps you listening just to see how far each will go to win the other.

This is my first listen by Irina Stone. She did a good performance, but I do not think her voice is suited for this type of story. The narration was well paced, but the alpha male needed to be more masculine and better differentiated from the other voices.

I can't say this book was really a favorite of mine, but I also can't say I hated it either. It was an okay book. I felt it could have used a bit more to it, but that's just my opinion. My boyfriend and I also feel that this book would have been better with multiple narrators. The narrator did a decent job, but it just should have been two narrators.
