About this listen

Sixty days of total submission. No safe words. No limits. No holds barred. Sixty days of your body being used and abused and pushed to extremes. Then you were free to go, no further dues, thanks and goodbye. And your bank balance looked seriously healthy for the experience.

I should never have been tempted. Not for a second. Not after hearing the brutal tales of what happens to you. But I had to. My sister desperately needed the money. Needed Me. I’d just never have guessed in a million years that soon enough I’d be needing him. The beautiful stranger. The dangerous monster. The man who’d want my very soul along with my body. No holds barred doesn’t even come close to his requirements. But I’m willing to give him everything.

No resolution no real spice

The reviews made it seem more spicy than it was. A lot of fluff and extra extra details for no reason. No resolution and No real spice either. Voice actors good but the story was mehhhh

Very intriguing beginning

I love the narrators. grabbed my attention quickly and I'm eagerly starting part 2. Jade West has yet to disappoint me. Sexy, smutty, and just enough shroud of mystery to keep me guessing.

“no safe words” had me like- um, add to cart

I expected it to be a lot more! I expected a lot more darkness and grit and much more spice.
While I did enjoy it and finished the series I was shocked at how tame it actually was considering the summary and reviews I read. That said I do like them dark and dirty so to some people this may actually be super spicy.
I also felt this was drawn out and by the middle of the 3rd book I was ready to be done. And I wanted the 2 MCs to have a break from the constant turmoil. I wasn't however expecting the conclusion or resolution to come in the way that it did. I felt there was a setup throughout the series that would somehow tie into the problem solving but I was mistaken. While there were some unnecessary charters that left you asking why, I did overall enjoy this series and would recommend it. The narration was not bad.

I liked it.

Sucks it wasn’t one big book, but I like it. Definitely a SLOWWWW burn though, so be prepared. Spicy scenes were great.

Be prepared, a VERY dark but beautiful story..

My first Jade West listen / read. I was warned that she writes dark. It's intense and kept me on the edge of my seat not sure if I really wanted to continue. It was the whole live show thing that I REALLY felt anxious about and the real life implications in addressing the true evil in some men's and women's hearts. This made me uncomfortable but I couldn't look away. TW"S galore. Buy My Soul is next and again I've been warned that the intensity and darkness increases by 1000 percent. Fifty Shades this is not be warned.

Woah. WOAH!

I expected this to be worse, not bad, but darker. It was a little brutal at points but it's my understanding that book 2 gets deeper into it and I'm a little hesitant but I'm going for it. I liked the pace of the book, the quickness adds to Paige's situation of being unprepared and off kilter the whole time. A wild read!

Brandon and Paige

***SPOILER ALERT***

Audiobook review. Audible Premium Plus borrow. Sixty Days trilogy, book 1. This is NOT a standalone. Dual POV. Dual narration. Both narrators read well. This is listed in the romance genre, under the erot¡ca subgenre, and so far, it's neither. There is definitely room for both, though, and I enjoy Jade West's work, so I'm hopeful. I do agree with other reviewers who said this trilogy should've been either a boxed set or simply one book/audiobook. Cliffhanger. Content warnings: live pay-per-view request based webcam business featuring sad¡st¡c degr@dat¡on, def¡lement, and BDSM without a safeword or after care; sod¡my, v@gin@l f¡st¡ng, and @n@l f¡sting are mentioned; m@sturb@t¡on; p¡nch¡ng; sp@nking/be@ting with a belt and a hand on t¡ts, cl¡t, and @ss; use of a b@ll g@g and a large d¡ldo; a can¡ng scene leaves a sub bl€€d¡ng with NO after care; and 2 attempted r@pe scenes.

Paige Emerson (18) is a college student consumed with worry for her older sister Phoebe May. Phoebe is an addict whose much older drug addict/drug dealing boyfriend has destroyed Phoebe's credit and pulled her into a world of trouble. Sadly, their abusive alcoholic father has provided no help, support, or sanctuary for his daughters. Brandon Grant is a s@d¡st¡c Dom¡n@nt who runs a live pay-per-view webcam business funded by powerful p€rv€rts. Eric is Brandon's younger brother, who is desperate to perform with the subs. Brandon hires willing women for 60-day intervals of limitless depravity for a set financial payment. Paige applies to be Brandon's next girl after she heard rumors about what one of her classmates' sisters recently gained by doing it. Brandon meets with Paige and, after testing her, offers her $250,000 if she submits to his every whim for 60 days. Paige readily agrees, but Brandon isn't ready for her yet. Paige struggles to wait because her sister is in real danger... JP
