Normally, narration is not a problem for me even if other reviewers have complained. I find that as I become interested in the story I can adapt to their voice. Occasionally, I have speed their voice up until tonight.The narrator to this production spoke so fast with so little emotion that it was like she couldn't wait to get it over and I had to slow her down to 90%. That was an improvement but the slurring and voice fry that was there are normal speed remained. Her male impersonation was robotic and her "Scottish" attempt uneven, weak and iobviously nauthentic.

But maybe she sounded like she lacked enthusiasm because there is very little story here. Obviously, I like some steam or I wouldn't have selected this publication. But it seemed like it was mostly sex. What little plot there was was tired and boring.

I don't like leaving a negative review but the purpose for the author and prospective readers is honesty. However, I present my opinion without malicious intent and as constructive criticism. Writers (as in other disciplines)can use criticism to hone their craft and readers can use it to help them decide where to spend their time and money. Others may have a different experience than I did and they are equally entitled to express themselves..
