Publisher's summary

She was my girlfriend, and now she’s my prisoner.

Things weren’t always so complicated; they used to be simple, but I guess that’s because I never really knew who Natasha was in the first place.

We met on a whim, because she was in a sinfully tight dress and I was horny as could be.

Her beauty caught my eye, but her heart captured my soul.

She found me in a compromising situation, and there were two options. I could kill her, or I could keep her.

I’d never allow anyone else to have her, but now she hates me for everything I’ve done.

Will my actions tear us apart, or will she finally understand the life of the mob that she was born into?

The Trade is a full-length novel that can be enjoyed as a stand-alone in the Clans. You do not have to know it from book one, but it is recommended. Happy listening!

Wonderfully Written and Read

Natasha and Anton's Story is a great addition to the Clan Series. I really love the way the story winds through the other audiobooks.
I received the audiobook for free for a voluntary honest review.

The Clans

The Trade (The Clans, Book 2) can be listened to as a standalone, but better if listened in order. I listened to book one a while ago but wish I would have listened to them closer together to remember the characters from book one. I absolutely loved book one and couldn't wait to listen to book two. I personally loved book one and was hoping and expecting to love book two just as much but didn't. I love mafia dark romances and this fits that perfectly. This audio is entertaining, I enjoyed it, just not as much as Book one and I'm looking forward to listening to the next audio in this series.

Narator Lacy Laurel did a fantastic performance narating this audio. It was easy to distinguish between the characters. Her inflection changed when necessary with the right sentiments.

loved the story

I didn't like the voices used for Natasha and her friend. The vice for Anton was to slow I think. I think the way it was read could have improved my eagerness to finish it
