If you could sum up Untouchable in three words, what would they be?

exquisite, incredible, pure bliss

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the absolute beauty of the characters. They were already true to themselves and to each other no matter how hard things became. Their core strength pulled them through the hard times and their love was their constant encouragement.

Have you listened to any of Anastasia Watley’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, I listed to Lovely within this same series, and this story reached even farther into my heart and left an even deeper mark in its wake. I love this narrator's voice. It's like pure seduction wrapped in silk and topped with a luxurious white ribbon. Both books were performed by her in a manner that left me breathless and anxious for so much more. I am not sure anyone would read this author's books and give it as much justice as this narrator can. These stories comes to live and blossom under her melodious and rich, relaxing tones.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Can a woman disappointed and dejected her entire life finally open herself to the one man who would give her the world on a silver platter along with this fragile heart?

This wildly irresistible story has touched me on such a deep level that I know I will carry its mark for a very long time to come.

This book is Carson and London’s story. They seemed to hate each other in the boardroom, but then meet at a club and find out how much they had in common. He is a Dom, she’s a sub and together they seem to fit each other perfectly. They finally find what they didn’t know were missing, in each other. It’s a beautiful BDSM story! I can’t wait to listen to the next book!!

What made the experience of listening to Untouchable the most enjoyable?

Anastasia watley really made the story interesting. She is an excellent narrator.

Who was your favorite character and why?

London was tmy favorite character. Even though she waffled back & forth about being a sub, she was a very caring person.

Which scene was your favorite?

The scene in the club where the H is being a dom to London. That was extremely hot.

Any additional comments?

I would recommend this to anyone who is into BDSM. The Dom here is very good & the fact that the club had such great rules concerning the sub. Everything had to be consensual.

"She needed him" .....right....She "needed" Carson to force his way into her life, to invade her privacy, to ignore her when she tells him 'no', to cane, flog, spank, belt her before having unprepared anal sex with her....I guess, despite holding a senior position in a high pressure business, she really is a doormat. Enjoying kink and being is a masochist isn't a matter for judgement. Being a wuss and handing over complete control outside of sex IS a reason to disbelieve Elizabeth Safleur's claim that London is a strong, independent, alpha woman.

Carson is Superman, London is a hapless, ineffective, Victorian wallflower.

If you are searching for a story about an omnipotent, omniscient a-hole Dom who takes over the life of a pathetic woman then this story is for you. If you are looking for a credible storyline and character development you need to keep searching.

This story is the second stand-alone in the ELITE DOMS OF WASHINGTON series but I listened to it third, out of order. The BDSM elements are very well done – the sex acts are loving and hot. However, I enjoyed this story the least of the first 3 novels, because the couple’s budding relationship and intimacy is rudely interrupted by certain events. When the book ended, I was not completely satisfied the couple had spent enough book time in each other’s presence falling and being in love.

Even so, I rate this book highly because it’s well-written and I felt a real connection between the protagonists.

Listening to Elizabeth SaFleur’s ELITE DOMS OF WASHINGTON series on Audible is a pleasure because the writing is lovely and the narration by Anastasia Watley is warm and flawless. I recommend this series.
