Publisher's summary

Vengeance isn’t just a team of enforcers, they’re a destination where all morals and good sense get checked at the door.

Every server at the roadhouse I work at knows that Vengeance is a package deal. The three enforcers for the Ruthless Reapers don’t just share a job; they share you for one night if you dare to go to one of the rooms upstairs with them.

Whenever they come into the roadhouse, they stare at me. Three wolves just biding their time until I agree to be their next meal.

But you know what? Hard pass. I’m on the last six months of my five-year plan to become a certified doctor. And giving my body to three outlaw bikers is not one of the items on my sensible checklist. Besides, I’ve learned the hard way you can’t trust anyone but yourself.

So, nope. No way. Uh-unh. It doesn’t matter if they make my stomach flutter and my seriously neglected nether regions stir with some very bad thoughts. I’m not budging from my five-year plan.

But then my aunt’s boyfriend attacks me. One moment I’m calling Vengeance as a last resort. And the next I’m waking up in their bed.

Vengeance has me now. And Reapers don’t date. They POSSESS.

New plan. Figure out how to escape from these three men before they convince me to give them everything they want. My body, my mind, my heart—maybe even, my soul.

Thrill ride

At the onset, I didn't think I would enjoy this book, but WOW! Taylor never disappoints.

An open mind is required to understand the angles and logistics of the goings-on

I am an avid Theodora Taylor fan. But I was so scared to buy this audible. I could not imagine a storyline like this, ever. But I inhaled and exhaled and purchased it. I started it on a long weekend because I knew that once I begin a TT novel, I had to end he TT novel; binge-watching it as though it is tv series.

And Vengeance was no different. As usual, women and men are completely human and royally flawed.

It was not as scary as I thought it would be. It was different, not plausible (in my experience or imagination), but not harmful.

The most exciting part for me was not related to the main story. I liked the way Olivia handled the misalignment of Allie’s ideas to the spirit of her practice. I’m a change management executive, and what Olivia said about technology and people was spot on. I loved the way Olivia articulated how tech would disrupt the interactions with patients and I loved the way that Allie did not get it. It was very real.

In the end, I wondered how B2 would handle having three dads. I also found myself thinking that sister-wives are a permissible concept these days. But three husbands for one woman is a stretch too far.

This was not a waste of credit for me. I found the whole story quite fascinating. As well, kudos to the very talented narrators. Their ability to distinguish between all the voices of the main characters was stellar.

I’m not sure who would benefit from reading this book. Perhaps, anyone with an open mind, and a curious spirit, would find it interesting.

It is for anyone ready to learn about non-vanilla sexual encounters. I felt myself metaphorically twisting my head to understand the angles and logistics of the goings-on.

Interesting

Really like having two narrators for interesting storyline; now if we could get it read in duet, this would be the greatest. I like the name Vengeance for the trio.

Wow

This book is NOT for the faint of heart. It was not what I’m used to from this author but at the same time it is. I enjoyed the dynamics of the characters and I wanted to story to continue.

Good story

Good story and great performance from the narrators but I feel like the ‘secret baby’ plot has been overwritten.

New to Audiobooks

I liked the story line. Lead female Character really didnt care for too much. The story was a little drawn out. Have to get use to hearing the books, but I think the Authors and Narrators were great.
