Publisher's summary

Love found me three years ago. I'm cancer free, happily married to the love of my life, and working toward my dream career. Our life is complete. Perfect, really. Or is it?

I've always wanted a family of my own but never dreamed I could have one. Now Parker's ready to make my dream our reality. But sometimes our dreams are haunted by our deepest fears. Fears of failure, having a child, and in our case...death. How do I help the person I love get over his fear when I'm still trying to overcome that same fear myself?

Contains mature themes.

5 What's Left of Us Stars

When I found out there was a book 2 I was overjoyed only I just kept putting it off and putting it off and finally, it was time to read this book.

I loved this couple, they were what a romance book means to me. They have struggles sure but they communicate and work it out It isn’t all sunshine and roses. Sometimes you have to walk through the thick of it to come out on top.

I liked how they were each other’s strength they went to each other for guidance and support. Sure they had their family and friends but they have that strong sense of togetherness that just made the story that much more for me.

Again little to no dramalama which I like, everything I think happened for a reason and I could have asked for a better ending. My heart is happy.

I think Amy does a phenomenal job with the narration of both books. She was Aundrea through and through. Very much recommend.

*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*

Should’ve been an extended epilogue

I enjoyed it but the book didn’t feel as necessary as the first. It felt like it could’ve been added to book one or a novella/extended epilogue.

Pretty lovey dovey with very little conflict made for zoning out multiple times. I’m glad they got their happy ending but it felt cheesy but not in the way it sounds. Only one love scene felt super necessary compared to the 7-8 this book had.

The narrators did. A good job so there’s that. It was kind of boring that they didn’t have a strong conflict to root for. It was just them constantly flirting as a married couple.
