Austen Rodgers is a science fiction and fantasy author living his best (and only) life in Waterloo, Iowa. He spends his free time painting miniatures for D&D and other role-playing games and dabbles with fantasy maps of his own creation. Wait, you’re still reading? Cool. This is the paragraph where I tell you about all of my accomplishments. But, to be honest, I hate talking about myself. So, here’s the quick and dirty version: In 2015 I published my apocalyptic novel The Book of a Few, and earned my BFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University in 2016. In 2019 I launched the first two books in my fantasy series, The Flame Seer and The Fire’s Scar, and completed the trilogy with The Fire’s Soul in 2020. Slaying warlocks isn’t an issue, either.
