BEAU BEERY has been in the commercial real estate business in Florida since 1999. He previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Beau also holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Beau began his career in the apartment industry working in property management for three years with Trammell Crow Residential Services (TCRS), one of the largest apartment developers in the country at the time. He learned from the ground floor what it takes to construct, lease, and manage institutional-grade multifamily assets from one of the best in the industry. Beau then worked for nine years as vice president of commercial real estate for AMJ Group Inc., one of North Florida’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firms. Beau was responsible for the brokerage and management of the firm’s office and retail portfolio, as well as the acquisition of commercial and multifamily investments. From 2011 thru 2020, Beau teamed up with Todd Rainsberger, a successful commercial Realtor, to acquire an interest in Coldwell Banker Commercial M.M. Parrish Realtors in partnership with the Parrish family. The firm is a business icon with over 114 years of continuous operation in the local real estate market. It was at this point that Beau decided to specialize in the brokering of multifamily assets. Coldwell Banker Commercial has thousands of agents across 40+ countries. Beau was consistently ranked as the #1 multifamily producer in Florida for the brand and was among the top 5 in the nation every year before starting his own private multifamily brokerage firm in 2021. He is regularly asked to speak at industry conferences and to private companies. Beau also has an ever-growing YouTube channel where he guides viewers on how to buy more multifamily assets, how to sell them, and how to conduct market analysis. His tours of new listings are very entertaining and widely subscribed. Beau Beery’s true passion is being a father to his two boys, Carson and Gresham. Beau has been married to Melissa since 2002. He has many photos showing him with his boys—rock climbing, caving, and whitewater rafting in North Carolina; and also skiing in Utah, swimming, lounging in the hot tub, attending Gator sports, playing in the back yard, boogie-boarding in the surf, and fishing. Beau and Melissa have been avid triathletes, competing in 3–5 races a year, which Beau calls quality time together because they get to travel alone and do what they enjoy. Beau also has an obsessive love for the Porsche 911. He loves to make others smile and laugh, often at his own expense. His father-in-law jests that Beau was born without that part of the brain that allows him to feel embarrassed. Beau’s personal motto is, “I live to create unforgettable memories with my wife and kids and bring fun and laughter to others.”
