Beau is FIRE and this book provides real VALUE!
I follow Beau in life and on YouTube, and I was excited to listen to his audio book... but I wasn’t expecting to have so many amazing takeaways for my business and clients! While much of what Beau tees up is common sense, being in the business that Beau is in I can attest to the fact the vast majority of investors do not operate in an ELITE manner! I would recommend this book to anyone buying and selling real estate or who want to operate at a high level and live a truly successful career and life! Plus Beau has so much energy and passion towards his craft and his HEROS! Great book Beau!!!

Best Book for Real Estate Relationship Building
As a multifamily broker, Beau was preaching to the choir and he describes how an ideal client/ principal functions and works with others. Learning how to perform on that level will enable an investor to develop amazing relationships and gain exposure to the best opportunities in the market, resulting in potentially hundreds of millions of dollars in business. Very refreshing to hear.
