Cara Houser a.k.a. The Burnout Lady is a Life-Work Integration Coach. She makes burnout recovery accessible and fun and is also the author of the award-winning book: Burned Out to Lit Up: Ditch the Grind and Reclaim Your Life. In her first career, Cara spent 20 years learning how to survive and ultimately thrive in the pressure cooker field of real estate development. It’s an “always on” business, in which it is a peculiar badge of honor to be so “busy” as to have few, if any, other priorities in life. Trying to be everything to everyone (except herself), Cara learned about burnout the hard way, and spent nearly two years testing out every possible way to heal herself and get back into rich, full-bodied, joy-filled living. She wrote a guidebook to help others recover from burnout - our modern epidemic. Cara offers Coaching, Courses & Workshops to help you: ✨reignite your spark ✨reimagine a new beginning ✨restore clarity, confidence, and vibrancy ✨recover from burnout + reclaim your wellbeing ✨get back in the game after a layoff, on your own terms ✨explore a new chapter when you’re not sure what’s next ✨grow into a promotion or launch your own consulting business ✨develop your powerful professional value proposition and story ✨go from chaos to clarity, self-neglect to self-possession, surviving to thriving Visit her website for more information on coaching, keynotes, workshops, and the Sabbatical in a Box burnout recovery course. You can also subscribe to her newsletter there and receive a trove of guides and resources plus a free printable PDF Reflection Activities Workbook to accompany your journey out of burnout.
