Dr. Myke Merrill has been an author and trainer for over 50 years. He has developed educational curriculum and written 29 books and resources to date. Dr. Myke has also worked as an educator, an executive, an author, a small business owner, and a craftsman. His education through his doctoral degree culminated with his dissertation, “The Five Basic Emotions: A New Systems Approach.” Dr. Myke developed a seminar for OSHA entitled, "Re-Engaging the Disengaged Worker," but changes in the federal training system prevented that course from launching. The course material was released back to the author. A seminar, then the book, "Why Do People Act That Way? (And What Can I Do About It?)" came from that source. His current creation extends that previous edition into "Reality Intelligence: Why Do People Act That Way? (And What Can I Do About It?)" This book (in print-on-demand and e-book editions) has been professionally video-recorded and produced as an online continuing education course, word-for-word with complete subtitles. Dr. Myke is a catalyst, a collaborator, and a consultant for corporations, organizations, and communities throughout the USA and internationally.
