I started my pre-nursing courses at City University of New York (CUNY) at Medgar Evers College, NYC in 2005 where I learnt and studied the basics of human anatomy and physiology, I became so interested in learning more, “maybe I was so lucky to meet a Good Professor who knows how to teach novice in the science world”. After completing my pre-nursing courses including the all the higher levels of Biology, Chemistries, Statistics, to the World literature, I gained an admission to one of the private schools in Upstate New York “Trocaire College, Buffalo” to study Nursing (August 2006). During this time, I had completed a CNA training. I was working as a CNA while going to school to become a Registered Nurse. I Completed my Associate Degree in Nursing from Trocaire College, Buffalo, NY (2009), passed my RN licensing board and relocated back to Brooklyn, NY. I began to work as an RN while I returned to complete my bachelor’s degree. In 2012, I Acquired my Bachelor’s in Nursing Degree at Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY with Distinction. Through my working experience as an RN and the encouragement of my Mentor Dr Babatunde Adeyemi, MD, I became motivated to increase my knowledge and have more autonomy in patient’s care. I returned to Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY (2014), completed my Master’s degree In Nursing and became an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with Honor and Distinction (2016). I relocated to Houston, Texas (2016), worked for different hospitals such Houston Methodist Sugarland, HCA Hospitals, CHI St Lukes Hospitals, worked for different doctors in private clinics/practices including Urgent Care before I found my passion working as a Medical Provider in Corrections. In 2020, I completed my Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice at Chamberlain University, Chicago while I returned to complete my 2 ND Master’s Degree in Public Health. Between 2023-2024, I have published three intriguing and fascinating books which are made available on amazon, amazon kindle, Goodread, and audible audiobook.
