Eva Napier was born in Utah, grew up in Minnesota in a neighborhood with several adoptive families, and has since traveled and lived all over the world. She adopted her two youngest children from Ukraine in 2000. Eva homeschooled her children for many years and developed innovative teaching techniques for gifted children with learning disabilities. She also pioneered methods for parenting children with Reactive Attachment Disorder that helped to heal her own daughter. Eva is available to speak on topics relating to education and attachment and can be reached at her personal author website.
