A bit about me. I am Kendall Peters, a personal trainer and nutritional advisor. My work centers on fitness, health and nutrition, with particular focus on increasing longevity and flexibility through strength and mobility work, as well as good food choices and intermittent fasting. My clients fall mainly into two groups, namely women under 40 who are looking to tone and sculpt, and both men and women over 50 who are looking to stay as active as possible for as long as possible.
