Merrick Rosenberg is the recognized thought leader on how to tap into the power of your personality. He co-founded Team Builders Plus in 1991 and Take Flight Learning in 2012. He is the author of Taking Flight!, The Chameleon, Which Bird Are You?, Personality Wins, and Flight School. By linking the four personality styles to Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls, Merrick reimagined how individuals can learn about themselves and the people in their lives. Merrick has taught the bird styles to hundreds of thousands of people through his keynote talks and his company's award-winning training program, Taking Flight with DISC.
