Hey There! I am Miranda Scott, a passionate nutritionist by experience and a mother of two. When you are a homemaker, your family’s health always comes first when you work on a recipe. My health concern turned real when I began witnessing gradual yet harmful health effects of an imbalanced diet over me and my family. It has been few years since I started writing about my idea of good diet- the one which offers great taste with amazing health. With some basic education in nutritional studies and extensive research, I was able to find number of health-oriented diet plans. Experts have come up with some basic guidelines to manage daily nutrient intake while omitting some and lessening some. My job is to be as creative as I can be, to come up with some interesting and delicious recipes keeping in regard the Dos and Don’ts of each diet. To list a few, my favorites has been the low sodium diet, low carb ketogenic diet, the adrenal fatigue diet, whole wheat diet plan, paleo diet, the vegetarian diet, and the ketonarian diet. Many of these helps prevent most of the chronic diseases and proves to be life-saving. Since I have tried all of them and have experienced their nutritious impact, I try to bring the science into the Kitchen by creating variety of meals, good for all cuisines and regional food preferences. Reader’s feedback is most important in this process, as it helps me assess the margin of improvement every time.
