Neisha has dedicated her life to serving children through the arts. Her career spans more than 25 years, including teaching, performing, educating, mentoring, directing, managing, writing, and producing in the dance and music industry. She is the owner and driving energetic force behind Neisha’s Dance & Music Academy in San Diego. As Artistic Director of the Academy, her school has trained and enriched the lives of over 10,000 local children. Neisha is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Chula Vista Ballet Company, a non-profit youth ballet company, serving San Diego’s South County. Her most recent enterprise, US Prix de Ballet, is a Ballet Competition and workshop bringing innovation and integrity to the industry. Neisha is a Charter Member of More Than Just Great Dancing and is a Certified Teacher for Youth Protection Advocates in Dance. She has served her hometown as a Chula Vista Commissioner for Arts & Culture and was the 2016 Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year! Neisha has been featured in Dance Studio Life Magazine and Success Magazine for her children’s programming. Neisha is a Christian woman and her heart for God and Faith are woven into her message. As a mother to four uniquely-made kiddos, she walks the Motherhood road with you. She shares your joys and struggles!
