Shaan White suffered from several dehabilitating fears when he was younger and found that many of the people that were supposed to help such as doctors and counsellors really didn't help at all or even knew what they were talking about. After suffering from years of frustration and depression bought upon by being bullied in his younger years, Shaan was determined to fight through and find a simple and effective way to overcome his fears and phobias. Shaan suffered from fear of social situations, fear of what people thought of him and fear of public speaking. Shaan managed to build up his confidence by moving into teaching, which gave Shaan the tools he needed to gain confidence but also tackle his fear head on. Shaan really believes that one of the fastest ways to overcome one's fear is to tackle it head on where you can, and have a strong determination that you will succeed. This is something that Shaan instills in his private clients, and is probably why Shaan is known for getting excellent results very fast. In his first self-published book 'Overcome Fears And Phobias' Shaan shares freely many of his top tips and tricks for overcoming your fears and phobias, especially in the Top 10 tips section, which is priceless. Shaan now spreads his time offering his services to Anxiety UK, guest blogs for Anxiety Social Net and Fear of Stuff, as well as attends numerous networking events in the UK. He loves to meet people and learn from others, and feels honoured to do the work he does.
