Meine Lieben, das Buch, das ich euch vorlese, wurde vor etwa sechzehn Jahren unter dem Titel Doppel-Ich veröffentlicht. Es war eine Auftragsarbeit für das Gütersloher Verlagshaus. Der Verlag war durch meine Talkshow "Guildo und seine Gäste" auf mein zerklüftetes Treiben im pädagogischen Kontext aufmerksam geworden. Bestellt wurde ein Buch über meinen Ansatz zum Thema Inklusion. Ich habe das Ganze dann in einen autobiografischen Roman gepackt und bin dafür in Bereiche meiner Vergangenheit vorgedrungen, die mich zum Teil vor mir selbst erschaudern ließen.
