Not For Me - But Maybe For You

I suppose my expectations were a bit high for this book. There was a lot of information I had already known based on my own research and years of having to deal with addictive behavior toward sugar. I based "Overall" on myself and my experience. This book may be what you need to help you. This had great info and was well written. So, make the decision for yourself. This just wasn't for me.

While listening to each person's story, I discovered there was a little bit of my story as well. Mel Robbins coaching was very helpful in understanding and articulating at a deeper level what my issues actually were. Mel's Kick Ass was a helpful getting to many Ah-Ha moments. I can't wait for the next installment of KICK ASS!!
