Worth listening to

Breaking Up With Sugar was not entirely what I was expecting but it is worth listening to. I did take away some valuable information but I was not really into the portion on grieving the loss of sugar in your life with a box and writing value statements. Those parts seemed a little cheesy to me but the stories from other people and Molly were motivating enough.

Thank You Molly!

Literally Life changing! I will listen to this numerous times! Finally REAL tools to be HEALTHY mentally and physically! I Was unaware of how strong my addition was until listening to the beginning of this book- and BAM! The truth slapped me across the face! Molly opened my eyes to why “DIETING” has NEVER worked for me! I am excited to live this new lifestyle <3

What I needed!!!

OMG these stories were me!!!!! I’ve been yo-yoing these last few years, blaming my hormones and have been like “what gives?!” But Molly told me exactly what it was! In fact, one weekend I was driving around and craving chips so bad… I got to the chapter where she talked about that, talked myself out of it and FINALLY got thru my day without giving in!! FINALLY a solution - exactly what I needed to hear.

About to listen for a second time so it can stick!!! We’ve got this y’all! 👊🏽

HELPFUL

I’ll be using these skills and tips for life. No more pre workout? No more protein shakes? Ahh well. Those along with constant crumble cookie flavors, peanut M&Ms, lemon pound cake, coconut water, wheat bread, flour tacos, and sugar cousins have been beating my a** and now I have a better understanding why and how to win

My Life is Changing

I do like like the sound of Breaking Up with Sugar because I love sugar! But after listening to Molly and the evidence that points to sugar addiction, I have stopped "using" sugar and miraculously, I do not want to eat sugar.
I knew I had a sugar problem, but didn't really get it until listened to this book.
