Some of the language was a bit excessive (referring to the swearing and the use of terms such as "boo", "obvs", etc.) but overall, a good amount of info to provoke further thought on topics relating to sexualising intimacy

I don't understand why this has such high praises. I found it rather long-winded and boring in parts - shortened, it may have captured my attention more. I have struggled to finish this audio book and am doing so more out of stubborn determination than actually wanting to.

waste of time finishing it. very repetitive and no added insight. just read the actual book, A Course in Miracles, and not this one.

I'm not one for poetry or prose usually but this is great. insanely insightful. I found the section on self love exceptional.

While michelle is a great writer and story teller, her story growing up is so long winded and boring.
The first part, Becoming Me, is about 3 hours too long (roughly 4 hours in length) - a half hour overview would have been sufficient. Instead, we have an overly detailed embellishment of what sounds like a ridiculously easy and ordinary upbringing, where the hardest thing she dealt with was choosing to hang out with fellow black kids at uni... Boring, to sum it up in one word. You can very easily skip this section and not miss anything important.
Part two and three are far more interesting and what I was expecting.
I'd recommend skipping, or at least listening to the first part at a minimum 1.5x speed.
Unfortunately, despite wanting to like this book a lot, I regret spending one of my credits on it 🥺

once again, another fantastic piece by mel robbins. she has a great wat of connecting with the heart of a matter and explaining solutions in a no-nonsense way. highly recommend. mel robbins has fast become my favourite author in the self development genre!

This book has surprised me with just how useful the tips and tricks within it are!
It's not often I'll 5 star anything but Cassandra certainly deserves it for this.
She shares the perfect amount of ideas to get you started on tidying and decluttering your home and backs them up with just the right amount of anecdotes.
I found it handy to discover I'm a cricket/bee and my partner is a bee/butterfly (by my assessment).
So, if I make it easy for him to organise his stuff, that's a win for me too!

this was an ok listen. very basic intro to auras. would have been nice to have more of the book on aura colour and tips on seeing. it was a very quick section relatively. also, half of the conclusion is repeated twice?
