If anyone has a desire to get a all-encompassing yet truncated story of Israel and their exceptionalism, this is a must read. It is not a political book. Very impressive in it’s historical timeline.

I have read many books on special ops. This book was extremely enlightening and that the birth of special ops really began with Phantom Major. Subsequently there are films made that are also enlightening. Well worth every second of listening.

This book ranks as one of the top self help audio books I have purchased from audible.com. I wish the unabridged version was available.

Science-based, and even though written a number of years ago, it is even more timely than ever.

I enjoyed the book very much. Too bad the audiobook was only available as abridged. I subsequently bought the updated and revised book from Amazon. Definitely a keeper for exploring the tools to achieve good mental health. It does require effort.....exercise of the mind and body.
