What made the experience of listening to The Brothers Connolly the most enjoyable?

Exceptionally written and narrated. The author is very articulate and the narrator brings you into the lives of this family. I could actually see every family member as the book unfolds.

What other book might you compare The Brothers Connolly to and why?

The Brothers Karamazov, maybe? This could just be because of the name, but also because of the family fighting for survival with a crazed family member.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scenes were centered around Jack. A homosexual who had to move home after failed attempts to be a playwright in the big city.

If you could rename The Brothers Connolly, what would you call it?

Lives in small town America.

Any additional comments?

Highly recommend this book!

Where does Chaos Awakens Trilogy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I am an avid audiobook listener and this book ranks high on my list of books. The story kept me wanting to keep listening so I could find out what was going to happen next.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the characters interactions with each other. The story had a nice, natural flow which held my interest. From assassin to hero.

Have you listened to any of Paul J. McSorley’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to Paul McSorley narrating Heath Platt’s trilogy Hungering Saga. I do enjoy his narration and the voices he creates for the different characters. His voices helps to bring the characters in the story to life. Good Job!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I mostly listen to books at work. This book made me actually want to work overtime!

Any additional comments?

Wonderful writing and narration! Keep it up!

If you could sum up The Snow Song: Hungering Saga 3 in three words, what would they be?

engaging, inspirational, heartwarming

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Snow Song: Hungering Saga 3?

His daughter and Malice. I really can't say anymore without revealing the story. Need to read to find out their outcome.

Have you listened to any of Paul J. McSorley’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, I have listened to several of his narrations. I think this book was, by far, his best narration to date. His voice and the voices he gives the characters draws you further into the story. Some of the voices he gave the characters were remarkable. When he used two voices as one I was blown away! Great job!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It didn't make me laugh or cry, but I did have some strong emotions. At times I wanted to slap the leading character for being selfish and not using his head. Other times I wanted to hug him and tell him everything would be fine.

Any additional comments?

I would like to listen to other books from this author.

What did you love best about The Vengeful Malice?

All of the plot twists and turns. The series just keeps getting better! I couldn't wait to continue this story after finishing the Noble Fool.

What did you like best about this story?

The strong emotions it brought up in me. Shows what someone who is just a "regular guy" will do for justice.

What about Paul J. McSorley’s performance did you like?

His voices brings the characters to life. You become part of the story listening to all of the distinct voices.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I did have an extreme reaction to this book. It didn't make me laugh or cry, but it did make me become introspective. What would I do if this happened to the people I love?

Any additional comments?

Can't wait to continue onto the next book!!!
